well its not my fault the goverment over here is persuading 16 year olds to carry on learning by giving them money £30/$60 a week

Its coz our goverment is trying to make us go on further into education to take crime of the streets by youths and stuff etc

you pay to go to college confused here its free if you just get the grades. The only thing which you pay for is uni that is if you want to go into further education even more lol
