Pirate's Sword (perhaps Pirate's Blade? Haven't replayed in a long while) gets an honourable mention for having the greatest Weapon Psynergy name: Dreamtide.

SOL BLADE ON ISSAC scream with the ninja sandals ninja , warrior helm, it does meggido every time he attacks, and does 1400 damage easily. (lvl. 99)
