2 other things-
Parselmouth is of course very rare and thought to be a power only the wizards/witches that were descended from Salazar Slytherin had. The last known person in Slytherin's line is He Who Must Not Be Named. He and Harry Potter were the only known parselmouths. That means your character probably have to be a descendent of You know Who or Mr. Potter.
Another thing is that I'm not sure students are allowed to be 5th years and they might have to start at 1st years. But I am not sure.

Yea, it's true. You have to start in the 1st year. Otherwise, we'd have few 1st years and more 5th-7th.

Personality Amy doesn't like being talked down to, and she can put up a good fight.
