Rayne stopped in the road, her eyes sad. How long had it been? Months? Years? She closed her eyes, sighing in remorse. What would Audrey think? She hadn't ever said goodbye....
Shaking her head, Rayne continued on her way. Solemn had been killed months ago...the memories still brought fresh pain. The things she's gone through away from the city had changed her forever...and now, Rayne could hardly remember this place at all. The vampire shrugged her purse higher onto her shoulder, looking up at the sky. Her disappearing act was behind her now. Rayne was back in the city - and this time, she'd try to stay.

Haro Shika was walking down the dirt road. She walked very slowly, because she was very tired. Dust flew up around her feet as she continued to walk. She groaned and just then she tripped, and her book went flying. It slid across the ground, and it opened up. Haro Shika looked up at the book and blinked at it.

Haro Shika pushed herself off the ground, and then dusted herself off. She walked over to the book, and kneeled down by it. She then closed her eyes, and began running her finger all over the book. She slowly began to stop her finger, and then stopped on a word. Cacography. " Hm, interesting. Bad hand writing. Stay away from people who have bad hand writing or you may have a bad day for the rest of the day." Haro Shika smirked, and grabbed the book. She closed it, and tucked it away. She stood up, and continued her way down the road.

-Tobi sat in a tree looking at the large city in the distance. He wondered what he would find here, as the area was completly new to him. As a matter of fact, he didnt even know how he got here. It was as if the memory of his entire life had been erased. He did know, however that his name was Tobi, and there was a reason he was here. He continued to sit in the tree, wondering just what that reason was.-

Karen came walking down the dusty road. She was bringing up some dirt as she trudged along the road. She noticed that the sun began to set, and she looked back at the town. She smiled at the beauty she was seeing. She then looked back down the road, and noticed a tree a way downs the road. She then noticed someone that was leaning up inside the tree. She slowly began to walk towards it.

-Tobi noticed the young woman walking towards him. Immediantly something snapped in his brain that triggered a collection of memories. He knew her.......but what was her name......
Tobi stood up. Now he remembered. ''Karen!'' he shouted as she approached.-

Karen looked at the person that was yelling at her. She was looking at the person, when she remembered who it was. " Omigosh, Tobi-kins!" She yelled as she ran over to the tree. " What are you doing here?" She looked up at Tobi and asked.

-Tobi thought about her question for a moment. ''I really have no idea.'' he replied. ''Where is ''this'' anyway?'' he asked, hoping that the question didnt confuse her.

Karen looked at Tobi, and then said. " Well, this is a town. I live and work here. You should come to the town with me." She smiled sweetly to Tobi. " But I gotta quickly run. I am currently working. You should come to the bar. We can catch up there." She smiled as she ran off towards the town.

Karen was walking down the road. She had left the town last night to go to the neighboring village. She trudged along and dirt carried up around her. She began humming, but then broke out it song. " Cause I got my eye on this other guy. Back in the booth with his boys, he's all mellowed out. And tonight I might need a shy boy. So I gotta know are you a shy boy?" (Shy Boy by Jordin Sparks) Karen continued to walk and sing down the road.

"I try to leave my past behind me...
The white wolf padded along the dirt road, utter exhaustion making him walk slower then usual. The usual bright blue eyes were clouded over with a dull, unfeeling look. No one would chase him this far, but he never could be too sure. That is why he continued to keep going. The metal collar was heavy against his neck, irritating him because it was a reminder of the unfortunate past. The collar was always going to be there.
...so that I may have a better future."

Karen still walked along the road, looking far ahead. She noticed something walking towards the town. She then started at a run to catch up to what it was. When she got close enough she could tell that it was a wolf. She stopped running, and then just looked at it. She then yelled out it. " Hey! Wait up!" She then started running again to catch up with the wolf.

"I continue to move forward...
The white wolf took a seat, seeing someone call out to him or so it seemed. Taking a seat in the dirt, his eyes held a weary look as his fur was still smooth and flat down showing that he was calm. The unfeeling look remained in his bright blue eyes, but he made sure that his exhaustion didn't show. After all he was still perfectly capable to fight if he had too. He just hoped that this girl didn't figure out that he followed orders when directed at him. "You were talking to me?" he sent mentally to the approaching girl.

Karen finally reached the wolf, and bent over trying to catch her breath. She was breathing rather heavily, so she must've been running for awhile. She then looked up at the wolf. A few swaet droplets rolled down the side of her face. She then smiled to the wolf. ' Of course I was. You are the only one on this road after all. Might I ask your name?'

The white wolf turned its intelligent blue gaze to focus on the female in front of him. "I'm Shiranui," he sent to her mind, tail cricked ever so slightly. Not as a threat, but more towards curiousity. "You are?"
...when there's no hope left for me."
