Seiji finished up his song and stayed frozen for a moment, violin beneath his chin. Finally, he sighed and put the instrument back in its case. When he opened the door, he heard the young woman in the main room playing a sweet tune. Bending his head in the usual fashion, he paid her a small bow and started walking toward the door.

"Oh darn..leaving so soon?" Laetitia spoke as she continued to play the tune. Only now she was playing softer so that her voice could be heard over the violin. She played a few more strings before holding the violin and bow in her hands. Heading off after him.
"I'm sorry. I just..well..My name is Laetitia. I saw that you have a violin as well. Would you mind comming back and practicing with me? I think two violins would sound much better then one."

Seiji looked at the clock on the wall, "Um, I have a free moment now, if you'd like to give it a go."

Laetitia smiled and picked up her violin once more. "Thank you very much. I've always wanted to try my hand at playing with another. Sorta like a little duel if you want to call it that." Laetitia placed the bow onto the strings and began to play. Short quick notes filled the air for a few moments before she stoped. Looking over at Seiji and waiting for him to play.

Seiji sat down and took out his violin. Running his bow across the A string, he pressed down on the line and shook his finger, emitting a high note. He continued this process over the other strings in a classical, depressing fashion.

Laetitia smiled and brought her bow back up. She decided to give it more of an updated beat. Playing along with the music. Putting in slight new beats here and there as she listened to Seiji play. Wondering just why he picked something so depressing.

As Seiji continued, his music turned into the Bartok Solo Sonata, one of the darkest pieces he knew. Listening closely, he heard the girl's violin singing in whispers alongside his, creating a beautiful and unique melody.

The two of them seemed to be a good match when playing duets on the violin. Leatitia was abit surprised at the wonderful melody that came forth. But it was absolutly beautiful..she couldn't stop playing. Complimenting Seiji's piece with her own little whispers. Laetitia sighed softly and closed her eyes as she began to let her mind wander as the music caressed her ear.

At the height of the tune, when Seiji felt he was almost lost in the wonder of the music, his arm twitched abruptly and made a sharp, sour scraping sound on the A-string. Opening his eyes, he stopped playing and dropped his bow arm, rolling his shoulder for a moment. With a quick, apologetic glance to the girl, he put his violin back in its case and stood to leave. "Sorry," he mumbled, "I think I'm a little too tired right now." Then he was gone.

Laetitia blinked and watched as the boy left. She sighed abit and packed up her own violin. Turning and heading out of the room herself to explore more of the grounds. Someplace where she could practice her favorite tune alone.
