"Eh, maybe we don't have to kill anyone. But he tries, I'm going to try back." He said, giving a laugh as the waitress comes back with a cup full of soda. She places it on the table and smiles before placing something that was wrapped in towel in Gabriel's lap and then walking away.

Claudia leaned again, trying to look at what was in his lap.

Gabriel moved in his chair, trying to get a better view of what was happening in that table.

"Protection." He answered, having only brought one weapon with him he figured he'd need another. The waitress was someone who had worked for him at his nightclub, she was one of his eyes on the city.

Claudia nodded and sat back on the chair. She leaned her head back and lifted her right foot, placing it in his chair.

Gabriel put his hand inside the cloth that surrounded the object in his lap. He watched the door, but thats not where the next issue was going to come from. Confusion, panic. People started to scream, pointing at the large window that lined the wall of the cafe. Then there was a spray of red that splattered against the window in straight lines, slowly dripping after that. There were about 6 lines of red on the large window, blood from people that were outside.

Gabriel's pager beeped. He leaned back in his chair to read what it said, his eyes widened and he got up. With one last glance at the couple, to make sure he memorized them, Gabriel raced out of the cafe.

Claudia stood up, she was trying to see what was happening. She got pushed away from the table and Gabriel, closer to the window.

The window shattered, it didn't fly in like an explosion but rather it just fell to pieces. One arm moved through the glass, grabbing Claudia before pulling her through the broken window out into the street. Gabriel stood on top of the table and jumped over the crowd, trying to get to the window.

There was metal, a blade, pressed against the neck of Claudia. No words. Gabriel pushed through the people and hopped through the broken window, producing the silver gun that was hidden in the fabric. "Samael! Remove your arm from the elder or I will remove it for you!"

Claudia looked at Samael and tried to kick him in the stomach using both her feet.

Samael turned so that it was his hip she'd kick, still holding her tightly. "I'll take my trophy." He said, turning and fleeing as Gabriel fired one shot into the back of Samael's thigh. Samael got away, wounded and with the elder.
