Her emotions were buzzing in his head. They were annoying. They wouldn't shut up! So why was he going closer to her? Not just going, but running. He reached the edge of the forest and didn't pause to look around as he pushed himself through. Was it because the portion of her soul he took? Was it possible that it didn't 'digest' properly?

Akran sensed something behind him and tensed. His hand reached for his holstered pistol and stayed there, a snarl on his face. "We're being followed.." He muttered so that only Serenity could hear. "It's powerful.. Doesn't feel right.."

It was hard to sense Akran with Baizou so close, but she knew that he must be following her.. She knew that Baizou was closer too, and she whined out loud. She walked to her 'bed' and sat at the base of the tree, rubbing her forehead, and wondered howmangled her hair had become from the crusty drying blood.

"No.. That's not good at all..." Akran spoke to no one in particular. The presence was getting closer and fast. His blood began to pump much faster and he felt the adrenaline starting to seep into his veins. He loved the feel of it.

She yelped, not wanting to have heard Akran still behind her. "It's fine. I .. I can handle it. I-it's fine. REally." she stuttered, knowing that something was probably going to happen with some loss to come out of it.

Baizou's eyes were closed. He was now relying on Serenity's emotions to guide him. Finally, he had reached the clearing and he opened his eyes as his feet skidded to an awkward stop. He saw her and strode up, not seeming to notice Akran. "I... I should have figured it was too easy." He began as he caught his breath, "You... You did something to me, didn't you?"

Akran instinctively rose a gun and pointed it at the man's head. Any emotions he had been feeling were dead and he was ready to kill. "You.. State your name and business here...." He demanded, voice cold and hard like stone, no emotion in it.

"Wh-what?" she asked, taking an awkward step back. "I'm a vampyre, not some kneiving vixen! I didn't do anything. I thought you did something!" seh said, hurt almost becoming evident in her voice, as her eyes noticed things that they hadn't before. His tail. His ears, which twitched and flattens witht he flare of his emotions.

Baizou's green eyes shot over to Akran, "I am Baizou. My business is with is with this woman." he replied before he returned his gaze to Serenity, "All right..." He reasoned, crossing his arms. "My powers lie in the empathic. Everyone I make an aquaintance with, their emotions rub off on me for a few minutes of our departing. You, however, rubbed off on me a lot more than the others."

"Well, you want me to explain that?" she said, her voice weak and cracking as she looked to the ground, her multicolored eyes feeling so-very weak in comparison to his emerald gaze. "I don't know why, bu tif it makes you feel anybette,r I know what you feel too!" seh said, hoping he couldn't sense if she was attracted to someone or not, because she wasn't quite sure what he'd feel then.

Akran's eyes narrowed, he didn't move an inch. "Serenity, is this man a threat or an annoyance to you?"

Baizou paused, "A-actually, my first thought was that you had cursed me when I fed on your soul the other night." He said, suddenly feeling a little embarrassed by his thoughts. "But if you are getting some sort of reaction, too, then it probably has something to do with your soul, itself. You are a full vampire, correct?"

"N-no.." she said unsurely, in response to both of them. She turned to Akran, and shook her head. Turning back to Baizou and his eyes of emerald, she shook her head warily again. "I-... No. I have at least a half human soul.." she said, wondering if he would scold her or otherwise, for not warning him before. Afte rall, she didn't know if she should've.. or what woul dhappen now.
