Hmm...did you guys know that...?The Ainu people, originally from islands north of Japan, traditionally entertained themselves by singing into each other's mouths! How did that work? O.o

Haven't heard the new Bleach opening, no. I'll have to go look for it. I've mostly been reading Bleach, since the filler is currently dominating the episodes.
I like the ending for Inuyasha titled 'Angelus'. It's catchy. Although, I have a Prodigy song on my computer ( I think, still) that was somehow affected by my having watched an Inuyasha episode from the first season. About 35 seconds or so into Diesel Power, on the album 'The Fat of the Land', the season 1 opener takes over. I don't know how it happened. I never had "Change the World" on my computer, ever, as a wmv file by itself. So, I don't know how it could have done what it did...

I heart Billy Talent! I wanna go to their concert! But I don't know when or if they'll be coming here. -_-
It's weird, I used to hate them, but now I heart them.
I also like Nelly Furtado's new song, Say it Right! whee

Lunar-moonshine Anyone heard the new Bleach opening, Rolling Star? I had that on my Myspace for awhile. It's pretty good. I think my favorite opening (of course, my knowledge of such things is VERY limited) is Remember by FLOW, for Naruto. Eighth I believe?

Well, I just got to finish watching Vol. 1 of the english translated Bleach, and I do appreciate it, as it's not horrible... But. What I'm posting here about is that I'm ....
SO HAPPY!!!!! They didn't muck with the opener other than to translate the text. It's the exact same opener I know and love, and even the same ender. Yay!

Woot! Thanks to my sister's near-magical research abilities, I've got in my files an Evanescence Discography. Original versions of songs from Fallen, songs from that time in the band's history that were not released on a mainstream album of their own, and a few live songs, too.
One of my now-favorite songs is called 'Missing'. It's... well, I like it because it's very prettiful sounding, first of all. The lyrics are really poignant, too. I mean, I always thougth that 'My Immortal' was the "big heartbreak song"... naw. 'Missing' has it beat by, oh, I'd say 12 parsecs... ninja
Anyway. It's really neat 'cause there a bunch of songs in this Discography that have the same "feel" as the Fallen album did, and there are some that kind of fall in between Fallen and The Open Door. It's like it connects the dots.
I always thought The Open Door was a bit... _too_ different. I mean, I know Amy Lee said it she was trying for different, but, it just didn't feel anything like what I'd identified with as 'Evanescence'. Now, I can kind of tie it all together, and reconcile the albums' common grounds, and feel better about it all. Plus have a ton of great songs. biggrin
