Miaka wailed her arms and swung around. She enjoyed seeing Tasuki go off at a temper like this and found it amusing. Same with Nuriko. She was pretty lucky to have met them.
She then yelped, "Tasuki! We can't leave Nuriko! We need a plan he says!" she bonked on his head, "Turn around!!!!" she yelled. Then she went closer to his ear and softly said, "Besides, you look like a messed up drag queen right now, Nuriko still needs to do work on you"

"AHHHH! FINE!" Tauski dumped Miaka at Nuriko's feet and then chose to go back to huffing. "Stupid costume," he mumbled beneath his breath. "Wherever Kouji is he's better off than me."

Miaka quietly stared blankly at Tasuki.
Then she chuckled a bit.
She laughed some more but owuld pause to hold it in.
She the turned blue.
She then bursted out laughing louder than anything almost shaking up the entire village, "HAHAHAAAA HAAAAAAAA HAAA!!!!" and fell backwards rolling on the ground laughing.

Soi walked through the streets, she had traded her black coat for a lighter sand tinted one. The stark black would only bring attention to her presence amidst the crowd. Merchants and people chattered around her. She quietly let her gaze fall on a jewelry stall. I wonder if he missed me... she thought to herself and almost immediately felt stupid for doing so. "Of course he didn't," she whispered sharply and stormed towards the palace. She heard laughter coming from somewhere to her right. Her green eyes the caught three girls...strike that... Two girls and badly disguised boy. She quirked an eyebrow and almost smiled in amusement. His posture almost immediately betrayed him. Probably lost a bet, Soi mused before putting the scene from her mind and continuing on her way.

Niftyness Yui deeply thought of Nakago's advice. His idea did seem like a good idea but one thing did bother her. She held much anger towards Miaka but would all that anger vanish the moment she laid eyes on her childhood friend who she known since kindergarden? Maybe Miaka was only a pawn to the Suzaku and Byakko seishi. Miaka was gullable enough to believe in whatever the seishi were telling her. But if she were mistaken by these thoughts, than it wouldn't only be her that would have to suffer the consequences but Nakago and Kutou as well. The last thing she wanted to do was disappoint Nakago. Her gaze finally wavered away from his hypnotic gaze the moment he closened the gap between the two of them.
"Leave the Suzaku no miko to me and I will deal with her myself." Yui suddenly spoke out as a part of her thought that maybe she could get Miaka to stop trying to interfere with the summoning of the Seiryu beast God. She highly doubted it but she knew that she would probably regret it one day if she didn't give Miaka a chance to change her ways. All she had to do was get Miaka away from the Suzaku and Byakko seishi but Nakago could take care of that small problem. She really didn't care how Nakago would deal with the others, just as long as he didn't kill them though she highly doubted he would do such a thing. Nakago was a bit too civilized for that. She only hoped that Nakago respected her wish and didn't advise against it since she felt this was something she had to do but she really didn't worry too much about that since Nakago always understood her in ways other people did not. Nakago was literally her knight and shinning armor. "As you wish Lady Yui. All of Kutou's resources are at your disposal...I will be sure of that. What do you have in mind?"
*It was that aspect of her that was appealing...so like him in that way...though because of her age, it still held that level of inexperience. That might also work to his advantage.*- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Opaaru Soi walked through the streets, she had traded her black coat for a lighter sand tinted one. Probably lost a bet, Soi mused before putting the scene from her mind and continuing on her way. *The elite soldier had shot back to the palace and confered with another of the well trained elites so that while he stayed and waited for them to come, he would head out to where they were and monitor them. Across rooftops and through alleys faster then the eye could see he moved, all but silent...something you might turn your head and think you saw or heard something but then pass it up as happenstance. However...as he got to the area where he had been instructed, there was one there who had both the awareness and ability to see, or at least sense him, and though he was not looking out for her, she would surely see him as he snuck around the area to keep watch on the trio*

She had just about left the market place when a light breeze hit her...it was going against the wind. A dark blur across the roof tops was all she needed. Green eyes narrowed. Soi knew of only a select few that could manage that feat. She slipped into an empty alley and darted after the Kutou assasin, for she knew that was what he was. She intersected the man after a few blocks. "..." she studied the elite, the probablilities of him being a new recruit were high, she had been gone for some time now. "I am Soi. I know you work for the shogun, who are you targeting?" she finally demanded.

I know you work for the shogun, who are you targeting?" she finally demanded. *The man was obviously caugh off guard, both by the fact that she had caught him, and her direct questioning etc. He gave her a look. He was relatively new, but he had heard about the Seiryu Seishi's that had been in the palace. Nakago, Tomo..and Soi. It was unlikely that she would know about them if she wasn't who she said, and the fact that she had caught him bolstered her story...So he answered* "Three foreigners are within Kutou. Two are Suzaku Seishi and one is apparently none ofther than the Suzaku no Miko herself. My compatriot and I are part of a trap set in place to lure them to the palace where Lord Nakago and the Lady Yui will be waiting for them." *He leaned out the alley for amoment to look at the trio, and he pointed* "Those are the targets!"

Soi stepped aside. "Go on," she stated with a slight frown. They were the three she had spotted earlier. The seishi mentally kicked herself for not realizing who they really were. Suddenly she felt something prickle the back of her neck. Something was amiss. I feel like there's someone watching me... Suddenly, she saw it. "Wait," she hissed at the assasin, "that girl, the one with purple hair. She knows we're here."

Nuriko merely shook his head as the two were bickering again.
"Stop pestering him Miaka. I wouldnt blame him if he DID leave us-"
His sentence was cut short as he caught a quick glimpse of someone in black. He smirked slightly, it appeared that they werent going to be left alone anytime soon. Perhaps a trap? He wasnt sure but they would have to be careful. At the moment, he wasnt aware of the other presence only the assasian. He returned his gaze to his companions.
"We should get going you two. I think you've both caused enough chaos here. Plus you undoubtably want to reunite with your friend soon."
He kept his voice casual, acting as if he didnt know anything.

Soi glared at the elite. It would be so easy for her to simply crush him where he stood. She had dispatched better men for smaller offenses. You're missing the point you little insolent worm, she thought acidly. The element of surprise was blown, but then again, this was not her assignment. So she let him go. They knew the consequences of failure, they all knew. She slipped down from the rooftop and flitted towards the palace. The lighting seishi passed by the guards unseen in her speed. Yet she knew there was one who would detect her presence. In fact, she was counting on it.

A framiliar sensation approaching quickly. This could mean any number of things...and it would work especially well considering Subaru and her "pet" were still on the palace grounds. As soon as it became known what the Byakko had donetowards Nakago, he knew it would become a goal of her's to destroy them, whether he asker her to or not. Soi was returning to the palace. Nakago could not have timed it better.*

"Good, the sooner we get there the better," the bandit muttered. "Another minute in this outfit and I am going to crack! Argh it's a stupid disguise and it doesn't work at all! Can't I just go as me?" he wailed.

His counterpart had said he would make sure they would get in...but really..the way the one was carrying on...it was going to make the Kutou guard look really bad letting such a blatant coverup through like that. he wondered if he shouldnt interfere now...*

"It shouldn't be too hard to separate the Suzaku no miko away from her seishis. Over the years of knowing her, I've learned that her stomach is her weak point. All that needs to be done is have the servants prepare a meal and surely her nose would be able to pick up the aroma the moment she steps into the palace. As for all those accompanying her, I trust that you will have no problem occupying them until my business with the Suzaku no miko is done." Yui suddenly spoke, knowing that Nakago would more than likely place a barrier around her area where no one else would be able to near her but the Suzaku no miko. She had been too much in thought that she failed to notice Nakago's attention elsewhere until now. "Nakago?" Yui quizically asked, knowing that distant look from him all to well. It usually meant they had company. Was Miaka here already?
