Good evening. I hope I am not interrupting anything, but I accepted a request to join...I am Nightmare1. My specialty is Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas (hence my name), but I enjoy other works by Disney as well.

We were just discussing a new Tim Burton film that's coming out next year, in fact: Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Feel free to join in, and hope to see you around!

Hulloah, Nightmare1! May I call you "Nighty" for short? As is my habit, I shall bestow welcoming gifts upon you! Let's see....What have I got in my Magic Bag of Tricks(tm)? Oops, wrong animation company. Heh heh. A true note of stupid: Felix the cat began his career in cartoon pornography, wherin he was cast as a sex addict. Needless to say, in these times of one-size-fits-all theaters, the "Felix the Cat" plots changed pretty quickly. Anyways! Gifts! You get....this combination hookah and coffee maker! It also makes Julian fries! Enjoy.

*pokes the thread and waves* Hi there! I'm LittleButterfly, HUGE Disney nut and currently a near-religious watcher of the Lilo and Stitch series. Just saw The Incredibles, too...Finding Nemo is still my favorite Pixar film, but it was great stuff. Thanks for accepting me!

Have you guys ever wondered how hard it is to make movies with animation? and with real people in the movies how hard it probally is to memorize their lines?

Miru_Miru Have you guys ever wondered how hard it is to make movies with animation? and with real people in the movies how hard it probally is to memorize their lines? Some people just have a knack for memorizing stuff. I'm sure that part's not as difficult as getting the emotion to come across on camera. I don't know much about animation, but you're right, it's probably nerve-wracking to spend an entire day on a few moment's worth of film.

:sigh: I saw the Incredibles. It was okay but I'd say it's the worst Pixar film next to A Bug's Life.
I say the best pixar movie is and probably always will be, Toy Story.

[Juts out lower lip.] A Bug's Life and The Incredibles are my favorite Pixar films...!
Yeah, animation takes a long time. I could never be an actual animator. (As was a one-time childhood goal.) Animation director I could do with pleasure, though. Most pleasure would be character design or overall director, though. Eh, I'll stick to my comicbooking. It better suits a little creative megalomaniac who likes working odd hours. Heh heh.
Hello, Little Butterfly! "Butter! Pretty! Pretty butterfly!"...Sorry. Just had to. Gifts! Look, you get porridge! And it's happy to see you! Eat hearty, and post often!
