Sereanty gasped when the dust cleared. Theyy had landed in a small clearin with apple, pear and orange trees that towred far over Sereanty's head. There were blue barrie bushes and straw berries every where. All of the thigs Searnty loved. She opend her wings and flew to the top of a tree and pick some apples and fluttered back down to the ground with them and passed them out. She ate her apple hungraly.

"Sorry, I don't eat...fruit," Dusk confessed, handing the green apple back to Sereanty. "I'll be back in a moment." He leaped backwards into the thicker part of the forest area, and alighted on an old oak tree.
"How can he not like fruit?!...What's he gonna' eat? Vegetables?" Carmen asked Sereanty, while munching on some blueberries.
"Uhhh, Carmen I don't think he's gonna' eat veg---." A loud screech of an unknown animal cut off Sereanty's words, and they both looked at eachother in silence.
After a few minutes, Dusk came back with his mask and clothing...soaked in blood. "I'm full."

Sereanty blinked blankly at Dusk. She tuch one of her sowrds to remind her she could protect her self of the need arised." Why are you covered in blood" Sereanty asked uncertanly She took a step back ward and triped over a root that had come out of the ground and started to fall. She spun around and cought her self on the ground. She stood up and looked at Carmen's shocked face. "what?" Sereanty asked sly.

"Wa-Well, ma-most of the time you don't tr-trip like that," she stuttered, still afraid of why Dusk was soaked in blood.
Sereanty sprang to her feet and questioned Dusk again, but he looked away.
Maybe it would've been a better idea to wash my face before I came back. He thought to himself as Sereanty continued to pester him with questions.

"yea i dont know what happened Carmen" Sereanty said honistly. Dusk tell us what you did" Sereanty said her eyes barring in to him "NOW" She damaned She had been pratceing with a wich beffore she leaft she had almost masterlevation (some one has been wachin to much charmed) She consatrated and Dusk mask started to life off his face.
((sorry i thought the thing about the leavation was in my bio i gusse i dealated it beffore i posted it.))

~Ha, ha! I've never watched that...but I've heard it's good!~
He quickly pressed the mask back on his face, and released a surge of dark energy strike Sereanty, knocking her back again. "You really shouldn't mess with thinks that don't belong to you," he sighed and continued," I'll tell you, but as a reminder...DON'T TOUCH THE MASK!"
Carmen had never seen him so mad, and automatically nodded out of fear.
"Good, good. As you might not know I'm carnivorous, and I was dashing through the forest in search of food. This wild Chimera crossed my path, and so I leaped upon its shoulders, cut its three heads off, and devoured it whole. The end."

Sereanty go up as mad as ever. She though twice about acting him though he had majck she had lavation and two sowrds. "Why" She asked standeding up. "why cant we see your face afried we will betary you" She spat. She stated to get a head ach and felt the back of her head when she looked at he hand she saw blood. She looked up at Dusk. "Look what you have done" She said felling her slef grow weak she was able to take a hit any where but the head. Then she fainted.

"DUSK! You made her faint!" Carmen growled, rushing to her side. "I bet you're just some ugly ogre under that mask!"
Dusk touched his mask again, and turned away again, "I'm worse than an ogre."

Sereanty moned and woke up. "what happened Carmen" Sereanty asked tirdly. She rubed her head and felt a lump. "i fell like i was hit with some thing pouerful(sp)"

~Powerful! 3nodding Heh, don't worry worry about it...I had to go look up the word 'probably.' ~
Carmen growled in a low volume, "I bet it was Dusk...He got so moody when you messed with his mask, and probably channeled his energy from his rage. Then when you fainted, he said something about being worse than an orge. Hmph, I bet he's some sorta' mutant toad if he cares that much about his face. I swear, I really can seem to totally trust this guy...Well, err...we should get that bump fixed, shouldn't we?"
"Yeah, but where is Dusk, anyway?" Sereanty dared to ask. The both turned around, and behind them knelt Dusk....listening to their every word.
"A MUTANT TOAD?!" Dusk repeated with his fingers twitching.
"DUSK! Wh-What a pleasant surprise!" Carmen coughed out. "Umm, we were just talking about how beautiful your face was compared to a Mutant Toad!----Wait, that didn't come out right...." She was so scared that Dusk would hurt her now that she had let that out, and blocked her face with her arms.
"DON'T YOU DARE DUSK! YOU HURT HER AND I KILL YOU!" she cried; holding the sheath of her blade firmly in her hand.
"I'm sorry, Lady Sereanty and Lady Carmen. You must not trust me now...and I don't blame you for it," Dusk muttered under his mask. "There are just secrets that must be hidden....from you....from the world. This mask contains so much pain....to relive it....would be unthinkable. If I let go of it now and release it, I would be putting you both of your lives at a far greater risk."

Sereanty started to calm down a little. "im sorry i did not know" She said slowly. Not lowering her sword. "If i lower my sowrd can i trust you not to kill us" Sereanty asked her eyes narwoing in to slits Trying see what dusl was all about. And would he still protect them or were they now on there own. "Where are we" Sereanty asked starting to lower her sowrd.

"Korooro Forest. Home to the Queen *Rukh," Dusk replied, while folding his arms."Anyway, if you feel the need to take a bath, feel free to jump in a lake... We won't be leaving until Shinja returns." He points to a nearby lake a few yards away. "Don't worry, I won't watch.... I'm not that strict of a bodyguard."
"I'm glad you're mature, Dusk," Carmen said with her eyebrow twitching.

Sereanty and Carmen walked over to the lake and pick two seporat spots to clean them selfs. Sereanty had mud caked all up her legs and some speacks on her arms. She pulled some branches in front of her then got ready to clean her self up. She sliped in to the friged water and shivered. She let the water come up over her sholders and scrubed all the mud off of her when she was done she got back out and got dresed then headed back over to where Dusk was. She sat on the ground silintly and ate some more straw beries. "So who is Queen *Rakh?" Sereanty asked curusly.

~Oh, it's not "*"Rakh...I meant to explain what a Rakh ((Or Roc)) was...but didn't.~
"A Rakh is a giant bird that's wings are covered in lighting," Dusk began. "Of course the Queen Rakh rules over the skies with her children as soldiers. The reason for the soldiers? To kill, and bring the harvest to their queen. They pray upon elepants, people, and anything smaller...or weaker really, will be killed by them." Dusk paused again and looked up at Carmen and Sereanty's fearful face. "Look, they're not dumb enough to attack you while I'm here. Though, I do find it strange that this forest is as quiet as death...Nothing. Not a sound. Don't you find that strange?"

"yea i mean there should be a bit more nosie theres no birds nothing. Unless the Rahk killed them all. And why are they afired of you?" Sereanty asked. Starting to fell scared becase of the silnce it was earie. It was almost like something was waching them Sereanty felt a shiver go up her spin.
