"Aona, you in?" Manndar quizically asks as he holds up a bottle of hot sauce with a sly smirk.

Aona still seemed to be slightly dazed as she took her seat. "Good luck with your training Taka, and thanks," she told him.
"Now, I'm not the best at gorging myself at peanut butter, but I can handle any hot sauces, horse radishes, and mustards you can muster!" she called out her challenge.

"Ok then, lets go!"Manndar said as he opened all of the bottles. "First one to chug their four completely wins. Anybody want to make a wager?"

"I got 50 on me." Taka said as he opened his bottles, pickes then up and positioned them all to pour into his mouth when Manndar said 'go'.

"I'll wager the same," Aona added as she imitated Taka's form, the bottles just barely held back enough to retain their contents.

Taka lifted his head back and allowed the sauce to pour into his mouth at once, swallowing with out closing his mouth.

Aona responded with the same strategy as Taka, only she began to push a little bit of chakra into the bottle in order to push it out faster.

Manndar had all of his bottles in his hands and in his mouth, leaning backwards to try and chug the hot sauce. Manndar, however, lost balance from the 2 legs of the chair that were still on the ground. He fell onto the floor and the bottles of hotsauce poured all over his face.... Eyes and all.
Manndar sat back up on the chair after he set it back up. After a momentary pause, Manndar walked to the fridge and took out milk. He poured it right onto his face. The milk landed on the floor and he slipped. He tossed the half-empty milk on his way down.
The milk launched onto the counter and landed on Manndar's pet squirrel who was nibbling on a peanut butter sandwich. The freaked out squirrel ran by the oven and pushed a loaf of bread over the burner. Risu's tail accidentally turned on the burner. The burning bread activated the smoke alarms.

Taka saw what had happened to Manndar and couldn't help but to laugh. He laughed very hard and it caused hotsauce to shoot out of his nostrils. He droped the bottles and held his nose screaming in pain. "AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" He rolled on the floor howling him pain and ran over the the milk on the floor. He put his nose right up to it and snorted it.

Calmly, Aona finished chugging her hot sauce, forcing herself to ignore the idiots. Though composed, tears were welling up in the corners of her eyes, both from the sauce and the comedy act before her. Slowly, her mouth curved, upward, her face contorting, until finally she couldn't hold it anymore and burst into laughter.
Unfortunately, this was a rolling on the floor laughing moment, and she tipped off of her chair, sliding along the slick, milk coated surface of her kitchen - this was going to be such a pain to clean - and the terrified squirrel sprinting about was the coup de grace, sending her whole body flipping about through the air, landing hindquarters first square on Manndar's midsection, the burning sensation in her mouth completely forgotten.

Manndar stared up at the ceiling for a second and soon began to laugh hysterically. He couldn't help it, it was just funny.

Laying on the roof of her house, Aona pondered her birthday. More specifically, the fact that she managed to pass another birthday - this one only a couple days ago - without anyone making a big fuss about it. She'd gotten some small gifts from her parents, and no one else in the village had known any better - just how she liked.

Some time later...
There was a decent sized yard behind Aona's house - and it was a well kept one at that. Green grass, evenly cut to a perfect lay-down-and-take-an-afternoon-nap length blanketed the main portion of a yard, bisected by a small stone path that led to a koi pond towards the back, with a small stone bench next to it. On a small patio adjacent to the pond there was a small picnic table, surrounded by an eclectic mix of various sorts of lawn chairs. On either side of the yard, however, was where the focus of the Akai's guests often wandered, as it was bordered by a vibrant display of a myriad of local and imported flowers - roses, spider lilies, daffodils, and numerous others, accentuated by a single cherry tree that bloomed beautifully in the spring, and by late summer bore its succulent fruits.
As the midday sun rose to its peak, Aona tended to her surprisingly floral yard. Though she doubted that anyone knew this - she thought this to herself as she mixed together a perfectly portioned blend of plant food and water - gardening was her one real hobby, since shiny, pointy things were as much training as anything else.
Aona felt her stomach grumble lightly as a light, sweet smell wafted outward from within her home - her mother was home right now, and while Aona gardened, her mother delighted in baking a variety of breads and sweets. By the strength of the scent, it wouldn't be long before whatever her mother had concocted this time was ready to be eaten - probably finished by the end of the day, given that both she and her father were home at the same time. Aona wasn't a huge fan of sweet foods, but her mother's recipes were something altogether different.
