I'm a 28 year old heterosexual dude.
But even I shed a tear in the final episode when Buffy tels Spike she loves him, and he says, "No you don't. But thanks for saying it."

umm tear jerking moments, i cried like a baby when spike died, when buffy says she loves him and he replies "no you dont but thanks for saying it", when buffy is thrown out of her home in season seven and spike comes to comfort her and he says that really sad speach. also in nightmares when you see buffy's dad for the first times and he tells buffy he doesnt love her and that the whole breakup is her fault! so sad.
And whenDawn lays herself on the railway track in Him, because she has no magic or powers to give AJ, so she tries to give her life. And then Buffy saves her.......really tear jerking crying

Buffy had LOTS of tear jerkers, but the two scenes that make me bawl like a baby every time I see them are when Spike is telling Buffy that hee loves her in Season seven, the night before they have to defeat the First, and when Spike turns into the champion and channels the sunlight into the underground cavern in order to kill the ubervamps. That moment when Buffy is telling him to go with her but he knows he can't just rips my heart out.
Anya getting cut down at the last moment is a pretty sad one too... I forgot to mention that one.

For me, it was these moments:
1. When Buffy died and we saw Spike crying.
2. When Oz left and Willow was crying.
3. When Tara died...I really liked Tara...
4. When Willow tried to destroy the world and Xander got to her in time...I really liked Xander for that.....I still do...
5. The End Episode...Spike died...and Buffy evil and Spike blaugh had this scene...
Buffy: I love you...
Spike: No you don't, but thanks for saying it just the same...
Or it goes something like that.

crocodile tear In season 2 when Buffy killed Angel, then you see her get on the bus and leave town seeing the "Come back soon" sign as the episode finishded. i have to agree w/ that i tear everytime i see that episode crying

Wow there was quite a few of those umm....when Willow cried when Oz left, when tara, joyce and anya died. When Buffy killed Angel and what she says to Dawn in the gift. There's probably a lot more but those ought to be the worst.

So many sad moments! I cried so hard when Tara, Spike, and Anya died of course. The Gift was a really sad episode for me too, with buffy dying and all. When Buffy says I love you to spike in chosen and when Willow breaks down at the end of season six in Xanders arms. The church scene between Buffy and Spike in Beneath You. Plus the little scenes between Xander and Anya in Hells Bells and Selfless. see...so many. lol. better stop before I start ranting. xd

Actually it's not a Buffy moment, it's an Angel moment, but the episode "I will remember you" made me weeeep! Omg did I weep... But it's still on my top 5 angel episodes.

I cried so much in Chosen from when they all start to say their "last goodbyes" right until the end.
But i think that was because it was the last episode more than anything. I mean it was so emotional but not to the point where you'd cry non stop for like 2 hours haha. I went into a state of depression for like two weeks, i didn't talk for ages LOL. I suck.
Other bits that made me cry were;
The Gift! - Man, right at the end when they do the Buffy voice over and she's lying there all dead and ahhh omg tears.
Grave - BAH Willow/Xander forever
Fool For love - WHENSPIKECRIES-ICRY! It's so sad when Buffy throws the money on him, what can i say, i'm emotional.
Once more with feeling - I have no idea why this made me cry - but that episode just capsulized all the desperate feelings that the characters were having and that really upset me because i could empathize.
"I will remember you" Even though i'm not a big Angel/Buffy shipper it was so SO SAD.
Beneath you - Kind of. I didn't cry but i got really sad and teary eyed.
Seeing Red - It was sad, the whole epsiode. Tear time.
Ah i almost forgot - The Body/Forever - Oh my gosh. So sad. The bit that really get's me is where Buffy tells Dawn and Dawn falls down and you see it through the window - it's SO beautifully done and sad.
I'm such an emotional person. bah!

When spike died in the last ep!!! GOD NO!!!!!!!!!! THAT MADE ME CRY FOR DAYS IM NOT KIDDING!!! also when Buffy's mom died that was sad so sad crying

ok well i have actually never cried just for an episode but there were plenty of sad-almost-tear-inducing- moments on buffy. every1 here as pretty much covered them here so i wont repeat all the details:
ok so all of season 5 was sad (spike gettin rejected by buffy and her mom dying then dawn almost dying then buffy dying)
season 6 tabula rasa -yes it was also the funniest ep but the ending was sad
seeing red- pretty much changed every1's life
season 7- most of it was getting ready to battle but the last few eps were pretty sad especially when they did the countdown to buffy's last battle on UPN
