Wow. I think that may be all I can say to that. As I am currently busy fashioning more of my Duct Tape Girl costume out of my new chrome duct tape.
(Yes, I am that dorky... I'll even have pictures by the end of the summer....)

My character in this guild is Duct Tape girl, but i have been masquerading in her "costume" with "Captain Pasty" for quite some time. The superheros always make at least one appearance a year at this camp that we both go to. This year i decided to actually pull something substantial together. I have the cape (which I am redoing rather soon), the gauntlets, the mask, the belt (which i am also redoing), the accessories... All I need now is the corset and the pants/skirt. I don't really need duct tape shoes, i just wear my leather knee-highs (because they are oh so practical for crime fighting blaugh ).

it takes a lot of prompting to get my friends to run around in crazy costumes... and they usually have to be things that would get us kicked out of most polite establishments! =O

Haha, nice! My friends and i went to McDonalds in formal wear one night, i think that is the most I would be able to get them to do... Atrox and I are a special kind of loser though...you know, the kind with no shame? We would do anything for a reaction from people.
It may have to do with the fact that we are both actors.... mrgreen

my friends are just as delightfully insane as I am, so we pretty much just do whatever sounds like the most fun at the time.
Our next major "prank" was planned for the first day of school; we were going to buy more ties than is humanly healthy, and storm the gates as the crazy squad of tie-ninjas!
...but ties are too expensive for that, so we've decided to put that off and go with something even more grandiose (and ostentatiously gaudy/disturbing) for Halloween.

You can buy ties for mad cheap in my area (but we have a christmas tree shop, and you can buy anything cheap at those stores....) I think they also sell ties at our Dollar Stores.... Oh! I found this video, it is ridiculously adorable!
