Agyrophobic_Chicken How would you feel if Aiden went Mainstream? For those you don't know mainstream is popluar music that you'd find on MTV or MuchMusic. Music that almost everyone has heard of.
I personaly would hate it, everyone would go; "Biggest Fan" - "I'm Aiden's biggest fan! I have their CD! Will's HOT!!!1!" Agyro - "Which CD?" "Biggest Fan" - "Nightmare Anatomy... They only have one!" Agyro - "...what about Our Gang's Dark Oath..." "Biggest Fan" - "Wills HOT!"
Teenies, Over play and other stuff. Its just has more value when it's not mainstream... in my opinion... Exactly! Too many good bands have gone mainstream! Like the Used, MCR, Fall Out Boy etc. It sucks! But I really hope that they don't go mainstream.

MCR... I have all of their albums also (i brought you my bullets, you brought me you're love, three cheers for sweet revenge and life of the murderscene) what iritates me the most at the moment is that many of these guild members are the exact things they complain about... stare

See...on one hand I want to agree with the anti-teenie argument. But it would also mean more success for the guys which would make me happy for them.
As long as they don't sell out too badly, I'm happy for them. And by that I mean...no pepsi/coke commercials of any kind.
I think it'd be cool if they got exposed to a larger crowd of people who would be interested in them for their music and not because they think wilL's a hottie. But I mean...even if they aren't exactly mainstream they can still get the teenie fans. Iono.
Like I said. Pepsi/coke commercials=bad. Mainstream but still the same music and boys we know[ish] (well from what we read and such) and love,= happy for them.
Yeep.

That's actually a very good point. I agree. As long as they don't let fame get to their heads like Good Charlotte it's all good.

actually, i'd like it if they went mainstream. becasue then it would mean more success for them. and then i'd be all happy for them. the only problem with them becaoming mainstream would be that the teenies would be all over them.
and besides, whats so wrong about your favorite band getting big?

It's not so much Aidens videos being played a few times on TV, it's overplay that irritates me.
:] I'm so happy with how far this topic went.
