Congress would stop him or atleast the democratic part that always votes against him anyway and a few Replublican congressman would. 3nodding See so its impossible for him to be a "dictator".

You can't just call a civil way first of all and secondly do you know what the difference between a civil war and a revolution is?

civil war is when two sides in one country decide to take drastic measures(usually resulting in a massive war) while a revolution is an overhaul of usually an old, traditional system(ex. feudal system) and replacing it with a new system (ex. democracy)
