Just so ya know I have written Chapter 5.5 already. ^__^
Glad Moon-chan you liked it. Makes me feel very happy.
And yes it is a bit confusing but I will explain how that works later. Promise!

XD; I wrote a fic once where he couldn't, but Sora made him...
Granted, it wasn't very good, though, considering I wrote it, like, a year and a half ago. ^^;

"On the Phone"
Ring~!
The dismissal bell rang loudly, causeing an eruption of students dashing out of their classes. Sora, on the other hand, took his sweet time getting his things, seeign as his thoughts were slightly busy with, other matters. The statement that Mrs. Heart made about him during second period still haunted him. I mean seriously, Riku? His best friend? Like him? Sora, the overly happy, naive cinnamon haired goof ball? Never.
Grabbing his bag, he left the class and head over to his locker only to see his favorite person in the whole world, Axel.
"Hello Sora-kun," the man chanted in a sing-song tone of voice, "Any luck with the dance so far? ♥"
"Haven't cared to ask anyone yet." Sora stated bluntly, obviously not caring what the teen had to say.
"Well, well, well, Look's like we'll just have to fix that won't we? Wanna go to the dance with me?"
"Oh Axel, how did you know?" a new voice wailed from down the almost empty hallway. The owner of the voice strutted down the hall, dragging a smaller boy with him, his back facing toward him. He -- at least Sora thought it was a he -- had his light brown hair styled in the oddest of fashions and his aquamarine eyes shining brightly with entertainment.
"Go away, Demyx." Irritation clear in Axel's tone.
"Don't be so hateful now~." Sora turned away from the three and placed his textbooks in his locker.
"Both of you, shut up. I don't want to see Axel flirt with this kid." The other boy said sharply.
Sora looked at the three again, sigh inwardly and snack away. 'Great. Asked out by . . . Axel.' He thought picking up his pace once he got to the school gates. In fact, by the time he got a street away from the school, he was sprinting.

"Sora! Riku's on the phone!" His mother's voice rang through the house, up stairs to Sora's bedroom. Swinging his feet off his bed, he walked over to the corded phone on his desk.
"Hello?"
"Hey Sora. 'Sup?"

Riku spoke into the phone playing around with his notebook and pen.
"Eh, just wondering if I should go to the dance with someone. . ."
Riku's glazed eyes widened slightly, sitting up straighter to help ay attention.
"Any idea on who you want to go with?" He asked trying to get some information with out prying. . . .which might be difficult with Sora.
"Eh, someone asked me but I don't particuarly like them. But I think I might ask someone myself. . ."
"Me--g?" Riku said, tring to recover form his slip,"You keep looking at her during homeroom."
"Nah, she's not really my type. 'Sides isn't see dating Hercules?" 'Man, that's a stupid name' Riku thought bluntly, trying to think of a way to get the info he wanted.
"Fine then, do I know them?"
"Yea. . . I got to go Riku. Talk to you later."
Beeep~~~
'Crap. Now what?' Riku groaned and flopped onto his messy bed.

Okaie me first!! I like how you introduced the characters!!! Nice job. It was nicely written.
I think you should write a fanfic too. I think you'd be good.
