Hey! *Points* Pentagrams aren't satanic. Well they didn't begin that way anyway. A pentagram was the symbol for humanity at first. A regular one signified a male and an upside down one signified a female.
I don't know why the upside down one became satanic, it boggles my mind. talk2hand

The upside down one also represents Earthy Protection, while the normal one represents Heavenly Protection. For Satanists, however, the original one is the 3 Point Towards Heaven, or the Trinity Embraced, and the inverted is 3 Point Towards Earth, or the Trinity Denied. ((Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.)) Pentagrams have too many meanings in actuality to be one way or another.
Oh, and by the way, when it's inverted, it can also be called a Pentacle.

He's like an excuse for guys to listen to chick music (that's not my satanic problem with him, though, obviously.) My point is, I don't get why he's so popular. It's "rebellious" to listen to him. I really don't like the whole heartogram thing. At first, I didn't care. But here in Albuquerque, everyone loves him. People get heartogram tattoos. I'm sorry, it's irritating as hell.

Yeah... I got one on my myspace, but I'd never get a tattoo of it... It would defile pentacles. Anyway, only two people should have Heartagram tattoos, and that's Ville Valo and Bam Margera.

And you'll be stuck with a weird-a** tattoo that got old 9 years ago.

xp Yeah. Also, another fact about the Pentagram is that it's considered one of the original crosses, because it also represents the Human body, as well as the five stages of life. (Birth, childhood, adolescence, maturity, death.)
