First, you give booze to any soldier. Then, you go talk to captain callus (I think thats his name. He is the head guy) and he will tell you to find out what is causing the moral. Give a soldier/guard more booze, then you can figure it out from there, unless you want a complete walkthrough of that quest.

It won't let me talk to them unless I commit a crime, evens till it won't let me give them any... every time I try to talk; even if I was expelled from the guild and Killed the head dude that eventually comes after you; it keeps saying to go see the captain, I killed him (Saved before though) and they continue to say that!!

Try talking to they guys in the Imperial Cult Shrine. If you have any kind of booze on your person and you try talking to a guard, they should ask you for it.

I could have like 10 Sujamma, Mazte, everything; but every time I interact with a Guard NPC the only thing they say is "Talk to Carius Magnius" Or whoever is on the Third floor of the Imperial cult Shrine. So I go talk to him and he says nothing about the Morale. Must I complete the Raven Rock series of quests?

Try talking to everyone in the shrine. One of the priests is actually responsible. Try talking to him, and no, you don't need to complete raven rock first.

I tried to talk to the priest, who has all the "booze" and some gold in his desk, I took that xD
but I talked to him, a guard, Mirisa (After I rescued her), and Jeleen, nobody mentions it at all

All I can suggest is that you get some booze from either the mainland or a berserker (but no mead). It may be that you accidentally took something that triggered a script, and now you cont go back to the one you need. If that doesn't work, I'll see if I can find something else that may work.

Well I got most of my drinks from the mainland to begin with, it was afterwards that I took the gold/drinks from the desk

Then yeah, you may have skipped a script. I'll ask on the bethesda forums to see if they have anything to say.

I had to look up a guide to find the Tree Stone, I found it one before and then I read it was in the dead center of Solstheim/Basically dead north of Fort Frostmoth lol
Other then that one stone, I did it all, but not in the other I was suppose, like when he gives you the story of the boy who did all the stones; I started with Earth because it was easier XD
Or whichever is north of Raven rock

I didn't bother reading that story either. I started with the sun stone, then I just did whatever one I was closest too after that.
