Oh, Keith was looking at him, alright. Looking at him because, <********> Conor was dead. There was no way Conor was there! Unless… Unless Keith was ******** dead. That… that would make sence, wouldn’t it? He had just woken up after dying and Conor was there as a spirit or ghost or whatever he was and they would go together suffer in hell. Oh yeah, he didn’t believe for one second that he would go to heaven or some s**t like that. Oh no, both him and Conor were going right into hell. Eh, at least he had been nice enough to have waited for him… yeaaaah, right. Conor was just a coward who didn’t want to go into hell by himself and he knew that his little slut of a whore Blair wouldn’t go there.
…. Nah, even Keith couldn’t really believe that. There wouldn’t be any orange juice in hell. That’d just be weird. Which led only to the next best solution: He was not completely crazy, and Conor hugging him right now was proof of that. Had Conor ever hugged him before? Well, when he wasn’t sleeping, that is. Nope. Never. Conor wouldn’t do that. He was too proud of his manliness, even if Keith had seen him dance around the living room in his secret cowboy boxers. So, crazy it would be. However, that didn’t explain why his legs were broken… unless… he had been in a car crash and got his leg paralyze and was in a coma of some sort for a while and Conor never was dead…. Wow… That… strangely made sense. He turned his head in Conor’s direction and placed a his right hand on the boy’s leg, the other one going around his neck. He wasn’t really sure why they were hugging but, might as well returned it. It was… comfortable. He stayed there for a moment, taking in Conor’s warmth. Just like when the boy secretly cuddle with him at night. It really felt good. And now, if he wasn’t dead and Keith had just imagine all of that, maybe.. Maybe the whole thing with Blair had never happen. Hell, with luck, Blair wasn’t even real! Oh, wouldn’t that be amazing…
After cuddling for what was the longest cuddle he ever had… ever, Keith moved out from Conor’s arm, make a weird grunting noice. His throat hurted. The orange juice might not be such a bad idea. He made a way to the cup and tried his best to drink from it…. Without success. He looked at Conor with an expression of a kicked puppy. ”Hhhh…hhh...?” He had tried to asked him what was happening but… without much success. Panick returned to his eyes. Was he going to become a crippled man who couldn’t even take care of himself? That someone needed to change his bedpan and everything? Oh God… Oh well, that would teach Conor for leaving him for Blair, even if it hadn’t been real!

Although in any other situation, Conor would likely have pulled back and claimed he had tripped or.. something onto the the other to explain away the embrace, but this.. he could be excused for it, right? Yeah, he could excuse himself for this.. After all, it felt so good and, ********, he had been nothing but holding Keith for almost a season now anyway – but he was doing it back, which was ******** weird because they didn't hug or do any of that s**t even when they were fine, but he truly didn't care about that right then. Just the response was enough of a giveaway that Keith was actually awake. Like, ********, he was awake, he was allowed to be a p***y when it came to this, when it came to Keith, and ******** anyone who was going to mock him for it, although that normally just ended up being Conor. Who the hell else paid attention to him, eh? ..Well, outside of Keith who hadn't made a comment yet. Hell, he even held him back, though it wasn't very tight and.. Conor could understand that. What had he actually done for Keith, really?
“That'll change, 'kay? I'm, uh, I'll try and I'm sorry, 'kay? You don't gotta go back to that ********, right? <********>, Keith, I'm better – uh, maybe – I don't know, but.. Uh?” His rambles were cut short as Keith eventually decided to back up and move to.. do something. He wasn't sure, he just ended up watching him from the bed blankly. Not a word, he was just moving and failing pretty ******** badly at it. It didn't seem right, but he would have to think of that later. Keith had just woken up from a ******** long sleep, right? Probably would take a few hours to get back on his feet again. Even if he didn't, well.. Conor didn't care. He wasn't going to think about that right then. “Oh, uh – the orange juice? You could've just said it, Keith.” He added with a mutter while he hopped off the bed all too eagerly to get to the.. puddle.. of orange juice. Great. He frowned and carefully picked up the jug, not caring of how it dripped – well, he didn't spill all of it? There was enough for maybe half a cup..? Ah, well, enough for now. He searched for a moment for the cup and poured it into it a little smoother now, more calm after that cuddling session.
..Oh, ********, he so wasn't going to ever call it that again, even in his head. It was cool, true, but not that cool with him yet. He turned back to the bed and Keith while he climbed onto it again, holding the cup out for a moment until he impatiently just set it on the nightstand nearby. From there, he sat back and simply watched Keith. The excitement of him being awake was slowly starting to wear off and from there he noticed the strangest things. Keith having trouble walking – well, he had already covered it, it wasn't too big a deal. He could just carry the guy everywhere or.. get a wheelchair or something. He didn't know what catatonia did to the legs, but it couldn't last forever, yeah? No need to worry. Him being a bit weaker, thinner, that could also be attributed to just lying in bed for so ******** long. Conor probably had lost some muscle from sitting around too and he knew he would have been thinner if that old bag would have left his appetite alone. So, physically, nothing seemed off, nothing that Conor hadn't expected at least. What was bugging him was the silence, that look Keith gave him, and just those.. weird.. throaty breathes Keith occasionally made. Why was he so.. quiet? Conor could only come up with the idea that Keith was still pissed at him. It didn't fit very well into what he had hoped for, but.. No, it just didn't fit at all.
“You could speak, man, it's.. I mean, ********, you've been quiet for ever, you don't gotta keep doing it to me. I've dealt with that s**t enough, right? ..And, for your ******** information,” He added in growing irritation, a hand going to his chest to emphasize the next statement, “I was the only ******** who came here. I didn't see any ******** Clark or Ice b***h or.. whoever the ******** else you're hanging out with.” Gladice was over, true, but it wasn't like Conor counted her for anything. He moved closer to Keith, a hand going to the guy's shoulder softly, although he really did intend for it to be firm, but touching him calmed any anger in an instant.
The ******** did he care if Keith was giving him a silent treatment? It wasn't like he couldn't make him say something. He frowned slightly as he set his other hand to his navel. Orange juice could wait a moment, yeah? ..Besides, even if it didn't work and Keith still kept his mouth shut, Conor had gone too ******** long without touching him. A hug wasn't enough to make up for that time, however long it lasted, and.. if Keith really was going to stay mad at him, which was what he had so quickly labeled that strange look of his because anything else from Keith was just outright frightening, then it was better to take his chance before Keith was feeling better again. “I don't care if you don't want to, just stay still and..” He drifted off with a quick swallow as he brushed his lips against Keith's. He stopped there for a time, almost allowing it to remain as it was, before he pressed harder against him while pulling Keith down onto the bed. Hands roamed to wherever he could reach while he hardly moved his head aside from breaking for a brief breath.. Molesting your friend when they basically just got out of a severe emotional state of trauma? Yeah, only Conor. Oh, well, at least he wasn't outright raping the guy.

Of course, Lily had saved the very best for last! Ohh, she was so very happy to be able to see Gladice again, and to give her a wonderful gift. She flew straight to the elderly woman's room, not wasting a single moment to admire the decoration of the home. The fairy hovered over the sleeping woman for a moment, smiling down at her beloved Gladice before hurrying over to a chair to set down her gift -- a large porcelain platter, filled with muffins and cookies and little cakes, all nice, pretty things that would go well with tea! And they were all carefully wrapped so that they wouldn't go stale for a while. Nestled amongst the sweets was a pale blue letter, addressed to Gladice in small, neat handwriting. And with this, Lily was done!
Gladice, you've done a wonderful job this year. Not only have you done your best to make sure that everything on Nirvani runs smoothly, you've also had to deal with some personal problems as well, involving your grandsons. As always, I'm impressed and happy to see you handle it all wonderfully. You should come visit me soon, Gladice! I can't help but feel a little neglected...

Keith was still all groggy and confuse from what was happening, but there was one thing he couldn’t lie to himself about and it was that it felt nice to be held like that by Conor. He still wasn’t sure exactly what had happened and what of his memories were the truth and what wasn’t, it was still all jumbled up in his head, just like how he couldn’t tell if he had dreamt about Blair, if him and Conor really had a fight (since he obviously wasn’t dead) and how in the world he had gotten his legs broken, where he was and why he couldn’t speak. But there was one thing his body wasn’t lying to him about and it was that it missed by held, even just in his sleep, by Conor. In fact, it was just aching for Conor. It was weird, he knew that much and he probably wouldn’t tell the boy that he was missing him, for whatever reason that they weren’t together, but he knew he was. That was why, right now, he couldn’t move away from Conor… from his…friend? Were they still friends? Urg, he wish he could remember clearly eveyrhting that had happen but… Conor had just said that… things would change? That he wouldn’t go back to that ********? Was he… was he talking about Clark? Probably… that was the only logical conclusion Keith could come up with. Sure, he wasn’t as his best mental capability right now, but he could still think that much, which meant that, yes, unfortunately, Blair did ******** existed, him and Conor had had a huge fight because of that whore and Keith was now hanging with Clark but… But Conor just said that things would change? That he wouldn’t need Clark anymore? Well… Keith already knew that he would dump Clark in a heartbeat if Conor ever came back to him. He had, after all, only went to Clark because he reminded him of Conor… and now.. Now Conor was back? To him? They were back together? Keith and Conor…? ******** right. The boy smiled. The first smile he had done in almost a year now.
Wait…. Back off a second. Had Conor….Had Conor just ******** said he was sorry? Well, there went any hope that Keith wasn’t insane. He gave his (imaginary?) friend a suspicious look, before letting his expression melt back to something more normal, almost cocky, like the one Keith would put on when he had beaten Conor to their daily (sometimes, hourly) wrestle for sexual dominance, a ‘I told you so’ kind of look. In fact, it would look exactly like that if Keith wasn’t feeling like s**t right now. Conor was back his. He had admitd that he was wrong and that Blair was just a useless whore who was probably better dying in a put in the forest. Alright, that wasn’t exactly what the boy had just said, but for Keith, that was exactly what it meant. He returned to his hugging of Conor, letting his head rest on his right shoulder, his eyes closes. It was amazing how much his body was begging for more of Conor’s attention. That was probably the main reason why he didn’t make any form of protest when Conor put back the orange juice without giving him any and then started to kiss him. The boy made a quick gasp of surprised, but quickly returned his lips to Conor’s. The two of them didn’t really kiss often, and the only time they did was usually during, or right before, sex… just like right now if he was to believe the hand that was now placed between his legs. Keith felt aweful, tired, had a headache and his throat hurt like a b***h and he couldn’t feel his legs at all, but damn all that. He felt the greatest jolt of pleasure through his body that he had felt in years. It was like if he hadn’t touched himself for almost a year! And even better, it was Conor doing it. That was just…. Perfect.
Maybe… no, probably because of that intence feeling, Keith didn’t last very long. Barely five minutes. The best ******** five minutes of his life. It just felt awesomely good and… ********, Conor had just given him a handob without trying to do anything else! Conor never did that! Hell, he would only give him a b*****b once a month, during sex and it wouldn’t last more than a minute or two! Well, he wasn’t counting 69’s in there for the only reason that he was also giving one to Conor at the same time, then. This… was different. The blonde boy had obviously done that the pleasure Keith and not himself… which was, strangely enough, the biggest compliment Conor could have given him. Keith raised himself a big from the bed, grabbed Conor’s head and brought it toward him using mostly gravity to do the work, because he still didn’t have any strength in his arms. He smiled at Conor before Kissing him back. Now, one should be made aware that during Keith’s stupor state, Conor had been doing nothing but to take care of him, which included some tooth brushing. Conor wasn’t the kind to think about stuff like that, but by doing that regularly, he had just saved himself a very unpleasant moment.
After breaking the kiss, Keith tried to say something along the lines of ‘you better not leave me again you ******** or I’m going to ******** kill you’ which was basically a declaration of love coming from one of the two of them, but all that came out were other muffled noise. He tried again, but alas, nothing but hair came out that time too. He looked up to Conor with a mid-scared mid-curious expression, hopping that the boy would be able to tell him why he wasn’t able to speak at all. Of course, Keith wasn’t stupid, he knew that Conor wasn’t the brightest one of the two of them and wouldn’t understand what he wanted to know from only a look and some weird noises, which is why he took Conor’s hand and brought it to his throat, trying to show the boy, using that move and some desperation look in his eyes, that he couldn’t speak and ******** wanted to know why. His legs? He could make tons of scenarios as to why they didn’t work, but his voice? That was just creepy s**t.

So, maybe Conor had thought that it wouldn't matter if Keith was going to say anything to him after that or not – because all he wanted was to touch him and make it up to him for.. everything. But, it.. still. Even if he was happy to watch Keith's eyes look like something other than the dim, vacant stare he had for too ******** long, it.. still, it sent him into a silent panic when no sound came. Not even a moan, held back or otherwise – it was just breathy gasps, soft sounds that resembled air escaping through a hole in a balloon rather than the ******** guy he was waiting so long on. Some part of him wondered if this really was Keith, if, somehow, the.. coma thing changed him or ******** ruined him – that this could mean he wasn't gonna go back to how they were. Yes, Conor was thinking all of this just from a lack of sound, but, ********, he had expected so much more when Keith got out of it. He was waiting for a response, something more than a movement, a sound, and he wasn't getting it no matter what – maybe if he hit him? No, he.. he didn't need him to get knocked out and then just.. not get back up. Ten percent Keith was still ******** better than no percent Keith, but he still didn't want that. He needed Keith awake, but he wanted him to be ******** Keith and he wasn't acting like Keith.
Conor didn't voice this, he had already been aware that Keith could hear again and, even if he was freaked, he didn't want Keith to be freaked, strangely enough. He could walk, was healthier – he knew he was in better shape than Keith could be, so that meant he had to be.. the, uh, bigger one of them right then. Even if Keith wasn't going to speak or – could he? He wasn't sure of very much right then. He hardly knew what the ******** was wrong with Keith in the first place, let alone what the hell was going on with him now. ..Ah, but resolve can only last so long – Conor was well on the verge of snapping at Keith to just say something, hovering over him in growing tension while the other caught his breath. Conor wasn't a good actor – it made gambling with him ******** hell, probably why he stopped even trying to play poker – yeah, he tried it some, stopped before losing once or twice and giving up entirely – so, it was pretty damned obvious that he was worried as <********> right then. But, that just made it even more apparent when that expression of his shifted into something rarer still for him. ..Affectionate? Uh, fond? He didn't know what to call it and he didn't think long on it either. Conor had his head dragged closer by something much to soft for him to call it 'Keith' doing it, yet it was Keith he was looking at and, in the end, kissing.
He didn't want it to be an insult to Blaire, even if she couldn't possibly know, but, <********>, if anything made him feel 'warm' or 'full' – complete – he didn't think it'd be a smile. It wasn't like when he was with her and he really had trouble describing what the real difference was, but.. If he had to try, it would be that Blaire was so.. unattainable and when he was with her it was a combination of guilt and happiness, and even when he could, at times, feel anywhere near her level, he was still anxious that he was doing something wrong. Keith wasn't like that, though. ********, if he tried what he just did on Keith to Blaire? He didn't know what would happen and he wouldn't be just quiet like he was now – he sure as ******** wouldn't be getting kissed for it. Yeah, that was it – however it sounded, he felt like he couldn't be wrong with Keith; it was right and.. he really didn't get to feel like he was right very often, whether he acted like it or not. Well, unless he was hyped up on some ******** drug. But, he didn't need them with Keith – which was a ******** weird revelation he wouldn't ever, in his life, say. Well, he didn't think he would right then. He cut those thoughts short in favor of deepening the kiss, deciding that if anything was going to kill those annoying worries, it'd be something physical rather than mental. He was always more gifted in that department, anyway.
Keith was the one to break it – probably for the best, because Conor doubted he would have let go for anything, even breathing, if someone else didn't get the balls to do it. Yeah, he was criticizing himself for being clingy, but he wasn't going to ******** stop anytime soon, hence why he was still partly ontop of the guy. It took a lot not to be holding him again, but Keith seemed to be trying to.. say something? He couldn't be sure, but that's what it ******** looked like. Which was weird because, although he had the beginnings of the idea that Keith wasn't talking because he couldn't instead of just he wouldn't, he still didn't understand it at all. Not until Keith was shoving it into his face by looking like that, which he couldn't shove off as just the guy being thirsty or something because now his hand was at his throat and.. <********>.
He frowned, “Uh.. I don't.. know, dude, it was, uh.. ********>” Alright, so, he knew that Gladice would probably know. She had been acting like she knew a lot about what was going on with how she talked and acted, so if anyone was going to help, it would probably be her. Yeah, she was just down the stairs – it wasn't far, but he didn't want to. He didn't want her to claim Keith's time because she was his family – and he knew she would do it, too. He would be shoved out of the room or some s**t and then he'd have to wait. It wasn't like Keith was capable of going to Conor right then and he doubted he would be able to tell them if he wanted to see him. It could be weeks before he could walk again and, ********, Keith just woke up! He was probably tired and s**t, maybe he couldn't think straight, but who knew what he would think given time? He may decide he didn't want him. ..Great, now he was anxious around Keith and Blaire. Couldn't get a ******** break, could he? Even with that, though, he couldn't just tell him no, could he? “I don't wanna..” ..********, he just did. Good going, Conor. He took a breath and glanced at Keith again – he looked desperate, didn't he?
“..Alright, I'll, uh, there's the old bag – uh, old woman.. Your, uh.. grandma or something, I don't know. She's downstairs and she'll know, but, uh, I'll have to..” He tightened his hand on Keith's arm, “..Go for a little while, 'kay? I'll be back and..” Oh, he wasn't just going to pussyfoot his way around this, is he? He tried to look as firm as he could, but it was difficult to maintain anything hard around Keith – uh, well, aside from the obvious, but he wasn't thinking like that right then. He was trying to be as serious and threatening as he could be because he was scared and he really didn't want that to show. Didn't he already decide to be the 'bigger' of them for now? The bigger guy didn't feel fear – or show it. Which was basically the same damned thing. “You can't ******** back out. When they say you're good to go, we're gonna ******** go. Both of us are gonna ******** go. I don't give a s**t if you'd rather go with your friends or ******** family or any of that s**t, because it ain't gonna happen. I'll burn this place to the ******** ground and.. and, <********>, just don't.” Yeah, anger wasn't staying for long. Conor ended that on a quieter note and, really, he wasn't sure how serious he was with that threat, but he wasn't sure what he would do if this backfired on him.
He slowly – slowly – moved off of the bed and went to the door, opening it in probably the slowest way that door had ever been opened. It was probably due to him constantly pausing to glance back and make sure Keith still looked alive every half second, but, eventually, it was open and, with one quick look, he shut it again to run down the stairs. Yeah, he was going to make sure that 'little while' was really going to be a little while. So, without much more thought or pauses, he turned into the living room and flailed one arm to get the old woman's attention just in case she had her hearing aid off. “Uh, he's awake and he can't talk and I don't – he don't – we don't know why and can you look at him ******** now and I'll be in there too because you can't tell me to get out and I'll stay or I'll kidnap – uhh, no, ********, you didn't hear that – just get upstairs.” Yes, that was a ******** order! From Conor! b***h better listen or else he would.. Actually, in his current state, he would probably cry. Oh, ********, she had better listen or he would never live it down. Ever.

Ah, thank God, or whatever diety! Conor had understood what he wanted him too. Was it bad of him to not have that much faith in Conor’s mental ability? Well, let’s just blame it on all the drugs and not on the boy’s own brain. This was what Keith was blaming Conor’s current lack of total coherence too. He didn’t know? Didn’t wanted too? What was he talking about? Really, all that didn’t make any sense at all. Keith stared at him with the same expression of half confusion, half distress. It was one thing to have his friend acting like a moron; it was another when it was about your own lack of voice! Keith went to ask him what the ******** was happening, only to have another one of those weird noises coming from his throat. This was getting really annoying. Congratualluation Conor! Way to make a super sweet moment become one of annoyance! Oh, of course, Keith wasn’t thinking that. Not that it was annoying, but that the moment before was a super sweet one. There were still things that neither boys were willing to ever, ever admit, even under torture! Maybe if they were high… but not tortured! Unless they were being tortured while being high…. Back on subject!
Finally, Conor started to make some sense. Gladice was there? Wait… was he… Yeah, that could totally be the old woman’s house. He hadn’t stepped in it since he was around twelve, but now that he thought about it, it could totally be it. Eh… what the ******** was he doing there? Oh well, questions could come later, like, when he could actually ask questions. But at least, now he understood that what Conor didn’t ant to do , was going to get her. Not that Gladice was a b***h (unlike most of his family, minus his brother), but he knew that Conor didn’t like talking to anyone and especially not ask them things. Keith smirked at that idea of Conor begging the old woman to tell him what was from with her grandson. The idea really did amuse him, for a moment. Until he said that. They were leaving? Together? Once he was good to go? And if he refused, Conor would burn the house to the ground? That put a very large grin on Keith’s lips and… maybe even, if one was to look close enough, a hint of a blush on his cheeks. Hey, what could you expect? Conor had never said something so sweet to Keith before (yeah, messed up, I know). Keith was more than ready to do it. Leave that damn island and go back with Conor. That proved that, in the end, the boy had always cared for him. Maybe, Keith had been wrong that one night where they had that huge fight. Seems like, afterall, having been trhough all what they had been throught, they really belonged together, without the help of any other bitches. Them against the world, eh…. Now that he thought about it, that saying was pretty damn corny. Oh well. He was allowed to think things like that once in a very few while.
Down the stairs, Gladice had been busy knitting and watching her Soap Opera! Oh, the trill! Jennifer’s ex-husband-half-twin-brother’sister had just tried to kill Jimmy! Of course, since Gladice had missed the previous episode, she had no idea whatsoever who Jimmy was, but it was so interesting! And like every time she was caught up in one of her soap, she was knitting faster than the goddess herself! In only 20minutes, she had already made a pyjamas for Wilhelm, a pair of mitts for Rune and a sweatshirt saying ‘I love Ponies’ for Conor. Well, it wasn’t supposed to be his at first, but she had made it a bit too large, so he would have to deal with it. Ah! Talking about the devil! Here he was, running again, surely toward the kitchen to drink all her orange juice again. Not that she cared, he was, strangly enough, taking really good care of her grandson, and that was the least she could do for him : Feed him in orange juice.
This time, however, he didn’t dash toward the kitchen like usual, but toward her? Well, wasn’t that a rare thing for him to do? Of course, that followed by a very comfusing speech about someone being kidnapped and awake and upstairs… Wait.. Keith was awake? Oh my! But her Soap was not done yet…. Oh, what was she thinking! On your legs, old woman! She stood up and followed the blond boy upstairs and, look at that, he was right! Keith was awake! ”Well! About time! Sleeping your life away isn’t good, young man. She said to him, smilling. Of course, Keith responded to that by a frown followed by a muffled ‘******** you’ due to his unhability to talk. That, however, didn’t went unnoticed by the old woman. She walked toward the bed, sat on it and started to touch Keith’s throat. Of course, the boy grimaced at that. It just wasn’t comfortable at all. Well… that’s weird…” She said to herelf, thinking. Yes, she had been a nurse before, but it’s not like people in catatonia were a very common thing. ”I suppose that the shock of everything could have paralized your vocal cords… I… believe your voice could come back but… I don’t know when… This is the price to pay when you go around stabbing young girls while being on drugs. Be happy you aren’t in jail.”

Time paradox! : D Lavender buzzed quite loudly upon the house, expressing her disdain for this job through well – the fact she dragged the envelope crudely along the ground with an expression of complete disgust as though she dragged a dead dog behind her and let it get dirty and wrinkly. To think, she snuck into a man's bathroom, waited for him to undress after guzzling down whatever liquid that rank like horse piss, and with closed eyes and a tiny arm reaching out behind the corner wall with a tiny camera, snapped a picture of him bending over a bathtub. So she got a shot of a man's balls, or in particular a Conor's balls, and part of his face, that was good enough. Like any man would care, if it was a dead fish she was certain they'd hump it! Flying up to the window, she kicked the windowsill until it cracked slightly open beneath, and pushed the envelope in. Wherever it fell, she didn't look or care to, her job was done. She turned and quickly flew away. Dear, Keeth, that how you spell your name? Eh, you get it's you right? I know it's sometimes hard for you to think past your man balls, but this letter is for you, even if I don't spell your not so easy to spell name right, okay?
So.. WAIT – wait, I recognize you... Play with any knives lately?! Oh, I bet you have, you smelly, smelly man! Know that I'm watching you.. I'm always watching.. Waiting.. I may play with some knives too, YEAH! I'll do THAT, play with some knives right on your chest!! Dirty.. dirty man..
PS: I simply love how well you play Keath, Kath? Kooth? Eh, it's just soo evil and so what a man would really be like if they all stopped playing innocent! You portray men like I portray the tender heart of a loving fairy who just wants a particular fairy to notice her – that's all.. I just want to love her, love her and keep her safe from the world. Safe in my cave, in a nice box where no one could reach her.. only me. Yeah.. In a box.. Me.. Her.. Alone.. Heheh... So yeah, keep up the good work, I just love to hate you, but I hate you in a way that a cat hates a mouse! It's a good way.

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ - Carnation - ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ -TIME PARADOX-Was this were that lazy bum was staying? She hoped so... The kid might've had a rough year, but it was all his fault! Good for nothing troublemaker! Carnation had a little hope for Conor, really but... Eh. She stopped to see the two lumps in the room and shook her head. How sad... Well time to drop off her gift, a cinnamon scented candle! If he didn't like it well tough luck! She thought it was cool and that was all that mattered. Under it was a red envelope with Conor Alvey written on top and a letter inside written in neat handwriting. Conor… Well-I-You know-Actually I got nothing. You’ve done enough stupid things in your life but this year was special. All because you couldn’t choose! What did THAT get us? Or you really, I’m not the one with problems, just headaches. You turned two lives upside down! TWO. And on is just worse than a before. I think… I should ask Lavender about that actually. Anyways just… try not to get anyone killed. Or succeed… You know what, don’t breathe. If you breathe you think, and if you think we’re doomed. Now that she was done, Carnation would continue her trek during the night. Best to leave those hopeless lovebirds alone. Even if one couldn't talk.

On the way up the stairs, Conor had made damned sure that he got into the room first. Why? Because, <********> if he was going to get kicked out because some old woman thought she had more of a right to him than Conor did! Keith was his right now and.. he would be his for as long as Conor could make it! Which would could be a hell of a long time, really, as Conor wasn't above drugging Keith, renting a hotel room in some city far from here, and then just staying there until everyone stopped looking. Keith couldn't walk, so even if he were to protest, he wouldn't be able to do much.. ...Yeah, it would probably be better to just pretend that Conor wasn't actually this insane and he was just horribly stressed out and ******** scared. Yes, scared. That was the leading cause to him doing nothing but staying inside Keith's room and sleeping with the guy for the last few weeks. An average teenage boy or, hell, just an average anyone would have likely gone for a walk or done something after the first few days, so of course there would have had to be something keeping him there more than his attachment.
So, it wasn't very much of a stretch to say that, when he stood defiantly behind an old woman who didn't notice or just plain didn't care, he was afraid that, any moment now, he would be asked to leave. Why? He wasn't sure what reasoning she could have, but he wasn't sure on a lot of s**t like that when it came to the decisions 'family' made. It just made more sense to assume the worst would happen, like Gladice suddenly calling in all of Keith's family who would simultaneously drag Conor out of the room and house. Then psycho cop would be telling him of a new restraining order Keith's psychotic mother had in place and.. yeah. Sadly enough, more than half of the scenario, if not all, was probably possible.. If the family had any intentions of kicking Conor out, that is. Ah, but he couldn't be fooled! Not until they were out of the island! Then maybe he could settle down. But, especially not when he was inside this house.
He leaned off to one side, studying the old woman and seeing just what the ******** she was up to, although he really couldn't know what she was doing. Inspecting him? He wanted to tell her he had already done that s**t and even experimented to see whether the vocal chords, as she called them, were really working or not by using one of the most scientific methods possible – a hand job. Though, his mind went straight off into the final connection that he probably should have made a, uh, long time ago. In fact, he probably should have thought of this the moment he found out Blaire, of all people, was stabbed. Who the ******** else would have done it?! But, that meant.. Blaire got stabbed because.. Keith went jealous crazy over Conor? That was the only thing he could think of and, really, he was silently apologetic to Blaire (hey, he DID have a little conscience in there.. somewhere), but that was hot. Actually, the only hotter thing Conor could think of would be if Blaire had stabbed him back, non lethally, of course.. Knife would have dropped, some hair pulling, maybe a bite or two.. Then Keith and her made out.. And Conor could have come in right about then..
********, was he thinking about sex when he just found out Keith wouldn't be able to talk for who knows how long? The ******** sort of person was he? “..So, he'll talk again, yeah?” He broke in to clarify, somewhat relieved that Keith's condition wasn't permanent. Ah, cool. Then Keith would be talking in maybe a few hours, a day top, the walking should kick in soon – it had been long enough, right? Then they left. Yes, that plan sounded perfect. “'kay, it's cool then. Go away.” Now, where had that fear gone? Ah, well, pushed in some far corner when his libido decided to take the steering. Blame the little Blaire and Keith fantasy earlier or just the relief that the no-talking thing wasn't permanent clearing away his fears enough for him to let the second most common pilot in his head to take over again. Either way, he had went to go sit on the bed again and not-so-carefully 'guide' (aka – push) Gladice off of Keith. Well, all he wanted was her to check on him! They could have a reunion.. How about never? ..Conor should be happy he wasn't saying all of his thoughts aloud, truly.

Gladice turned her head around, giving Conor one of those looks. She was sure that under hat rough exterior, somewhere very, very deep inside, in a maze of awful things, there was an extremely little part of him that was actually a very sweet boy, but right now, she couldn’t see it at all. She understood that he was happy to see his friend doing more than jut looking at a wall, but, still. He couldn’t shoo her away like that! ”Fine, I’ll leave, but only to call the doctor. We need to make sure that everything will be okay. Please, don’t break him again by the time he gets here.” It had been the boys fault from the very beginning. He was the one that had put everyone in that mess! Everyone being Keith an Blair, then by extension, Yoakim, Ellie and herself! Oh, and she knew a Chinese man who wasn’t very happy to have patients, so him too. She patted Keith on the shoulder before getting up and leaving the room.
Of course, it wasn’t hard to believe how the next couple of minutes were between the two boys…. Noooo, not sexual! You perverts. It was actually cuddles! Mostly because Keith had fallen asleep, really asleep, not catatonia asleep. The next morning, on the other hand….
//End of the Day ~ Beginning of New Day //
It had been what now? Two weeks since Keith had woken up? Yes, more of less around that, which had led Conor to meet all of the LeBlanc! (Except Judith, mostly because, she didn’t give a damn about her now disavow son). Of course, each one had a different aproched toward the now mute Keith. Yoakim had acted like he always did toward his brother, even showing him the best place to hide alcohol in the room. Those two had always been close. The NPC Father and older sister had also come! The father to slap his son behind the head for being a morn before leaving and the NPC sister to do NPC things. The most surprising thing, however, had been Alanis! Well, she had went there in tears like the little miss perfect that she was, which had greatly annoyed Keith the moment he saw her, but… for the first time since they were kids, he had a change of heart for her when he heard her whisper to his ear ”Good job on stabbing the whore! You should have let her guts and intestine drag out of her body so they would have been eaten by cats, that ******** little c**t. Next time you better kill that slut!” Yes, that had come to a great surprised for Keith. Who would have known his sister had that in her? This was the beginning of a new friendship~ Oh, and most of them at simply ignored Conor’s existence…. Exept Yoakim who had punched him the moment he had saw him. He would have kept doing it if it hadn’t been for Gladic and Keith telling (and showing, in Keith’s case) to stop.
That being said, it had been a fun two weeks! And now, it was time for celebrations! Thanksgiving Celebrations! For the whole LeBlanc Family! Everyone was invited and everyone was coming because no one wanted to see Gladice angry, because dammit, it was thanksgiving and people were going to ******** show. Yes, the old woman loved that holiday a little bit too much. Right now, Keith was in the bedroom with Conor doing… what Keith and Conor did best, Yoakim was outside shovelling and Gladice and Alanis where in the kitchen cooking! Now, for evreryone reading this, it would important to note that they had calculated the amount of food to make, in function of the one who ate the most food out of them, that Is Yoakim. In other words, they had made enough food to feed Yoakim 15 times over! Suffice to say, it was hard to see any counter surface in the kitchen (and living room, and laundry room, and Gladice Bedroom) because of all the plates over them!
But wait… 15 times over? Yoakim, Gladice, Alanis, Keith and Conor don’t make 15 people… Ah, of course, Judith would join them... and Ellie and Blair. That still only made 8. Wilhelm and Rune would count for one more at 9. Oh, and of course, since Alanis was there, Lucas had also been invited. 10. And Gladice always made some extra just to be sure, 11. But… There was still 4 more left? Well…. Let’s just say that she had secretly invited 4 more people to join them….

Oh, hadn't this been a lovely morning for the Waldroups? ..As usual.. Ah, to hell with it, any onlooker could probably tell what had happened, from Kade's scathing eyes directed downward, a rather tight hold on Junior's hand as the boy too decided that the floor was a perfect place to stare, and a pretty damned stressed Theresa leading them. Jacob had opted for staying home and eating some frozen dinners in front of the TV and, since Theresa didn't care what the hell the boy was doing at this point, she let him. It wasn't like Jacob would do anything but burden this whole meeting. Theresa had heard a few snippets from an enraged, hungover Kade a week or two back when the man was 'forced' to sit in the same hot spring as a naked Yoakim, so she didn't have much of a chance to catch the guy off guard with the meeting. He already knew Yoakim was in town and he wasn't so dumb as to not foresee a Thanksgiving dinner including the host's family.
So, an argument took place for almost the whole morning, only ending with Junior speaking up for once that he felt like seeing Gladice too. Neither of the adults were willing to go against the kid's wants, not after the ordeal he had to deal with, so Kade ended up biting the bullet and following Theresa. Oh, but he really did take every opportunity to show just how much he didn't like this, making the walk unbearable for Theresa and, most of all, Junior. If anyone could appear like a kicked puppy, then a child certainly was the best candidate for it, as Junior exhibited with each step beside his father. He had mumbled a few times to both that he didn't feel like going anymore, but, of course, none of them had heard him, so he went to silently feeling horrible as he felt Kade's tense hand and watched the stiff steps of Theresa. He wouldn't have minded if his dad decided to just stay home.. Really, he would have preferred riding on Theresa's motorcycle to walking awkwardly like this.
But, before he could voice that, if he ever decided to, they had reached the door of the LeBlanc family home – or Theresa had. Kade stayed firmly at the bottom of the steps leading up to the door, staring irritatedly up at Theresa who had turned to cross her arms and match his eyes. This little battle of wills would have likely continued for at least fifteen minutes more, but Junior opted on taking advantage of his father's distraction and yanking out of his grip to quickly take a few steps back. He gave a quick, apologetic look at Kade before hurrying up the stairs and scurrying into the home. Theresa raised an eyebrow at the action, but ended up shrugging it off as she returned her look to Kade. A minute ticked on by before the brunette gave a lengthy sigh, “Oh, come on, are you going to stand there the whole night?” Kade narrowed his eyes and looked away from her, prompting a roll of the eyes from the woman.
A few seconds later and he finally chose to speak up, “..Maybe I will.” He wouldn't mind standing there all night! He would have rather left home, but, that would just be a little too wrong. He didn't want Junior thinking he was upset or something! ...Yes, Kade still thought Junior didn't pick up on his agitation. Go figure; even he didn't realize how he wore his heart on his sleeve like he did.
Theresa wasn't sure if Kade knew just how immature he was acting either. She sent a look inside the home, the door having been left ajar by Junior as he ditched the scene before it got too tense for him to handle, a hand brushing through her hair and skewing the hat she insisted on wearing, “Dear lord, Kade.” She breathed out in a mixture of defeat and annoyance, deciding that she really didn't feel like standing out there coaxing him inside. It was hard enough to lead him to the home, she sure as hell didn't need to drag him inside too. Maybe after she got herself a drink and Kade cooled off outside she would try again. But, right now? Junior had the right idea. “Alright, alright, fine. You stay out here while we eat. Don't give a rat's a**.” She added to herself in a lowered tone as she turned to head inside, finding Junior, not surprisingly, hovering by the door with a lost look on his face. She closed the front door behind her, catching a glimpse of Kade huffing and walking out of her vision, staying true to his stubborn claim. She shook her head and set a hand on Junior's shoulder, “Hey, Gladice? You in?”
She called out, loud enough for Kade outside to hear and snort. He had went to lean against the fence surrounding the porch, unwilling to sit down in the filth at his feet, but not determined enough to simply stand on the pathway leading up to the house. He probably should have just left when Theresa closed the door, but.. If he went back to Avien's place, he couldn't help but feel like he was intruding on the brothers, it just felt awkward around Jacob lately without his own enthusiasm there to curb Jacob's aggression toward him, and everyone else was probably busy celebrating with friends and family. He could go to the salon? ..No, he would.. probably prefer to stay where he was. Dinner would last a few hours and Kade was sure he could wait that long for Theresa and Junior to finish. Heck, he had waited on Yoakim for longer when they were still together – much longer. Of course, then he was inside a nice, cozy home and not standing out in the snow with a light, but trendy, coat on to keep him warm. A coat that failed horribly at it's goal. He crossed his arms and frowned. This wasn't shaping up to be a good evening for the man, but, then again, he hadn't thought it was going to be.

New Day! Now, what had been Gladice doing all that time since the cooking festival? Was she hiding from Gaston? Well, sort of. She was feeling stressed that passed seasons and her blood presure was high, so her doctor (not the Chinese one) had told her to take some time for herself, which was what she had done.... Of course, this would also explain why she had now two freezer full of various pastries and pre-made meals... Life was hard without a Yoakim to eat everything she was doing! Oh well, she could still feed some poor people like Keith and Hansel and Walter and... Well, basically everyone she knew. She might even send some to Kade. She hadn't seen the boy in almost a year, but she still saw Teresa and Junior from time to time, as well as Jacob every Sunday, so she knew he was back in town... Oh, and she could send food to those three too. Especially Jacob... how in the world did that boy fed himself?

After the happenings of.. well, last season, Junior had been more than just a little awkward around his dad. ..Okay, a lot. Tess had been a little too snappy and easily stressed to give Junior a chance to talk to her, while he couldn't bring himself to actually have much words in with Kade himself, his friends weren't really the type to listen very well, which just left Jacob. Junior really liked Jacob, even if his uncle could be a little overbearing at times, but.. he just.. wasn't sure about what he had said. If it was his right to hate his dad for being gay, then why did he still feel so bad about it? It wasn't like he really hated his dad.. ...Okay, maybe he did.. or.. He didn't know! He just didn't want to talk to him and that talk had made him pretty mad, so, yeah.. Was that hate? He wasn't sure, but he kinda knew someone who was certainly old enough to really know the answer. Gladice~! He had been brought over to see the woman every so often for a good set of years and, whenever he didn't have anyone to play with, Tess, dad, and Jacob were busy, and the chicken was, well, being moody, Junior had went over to sit around Gladice's home doing nothing.
..Alright, so, it wasn't much of a relationship, but he felt comfortable around Gladice and.. he hardly felt comfortable around his own father anymore. It had to mean something – enough that she would listen to him when he talked? And not go telling everyone about it? He was awkward enough around the kids at school, he didn't need to give them anymore reason to.. Oh, who was he kidding? It wasn't going to make much of a difference there – but, it may help him feel more.. relaxed at home again. So, the boy knocked on the door and waited for the woman to come, lowering his eyes to stare at the porch below patiently.

Hearing the knockes on the door, the old woman wondered just who it could be. She wasn't awaiting any visits on that day and most people she knew would have called before coming. Not that she minded impromptu visits, it was always a nice surprise to know who was on the other side of the door and it could make the day more joyful that it would have been without. As she arrived in front of the door, she did her usual checking through the window by moving the curtain move that she always did when someone she wasn't expected came knocking to her door. You never knew when it would be some old weird perverted old man wanting to give her poisoned food and then feed her to his rabid dogs! Yeah, she had had one strange dream not that long ago, but it felt so real... like if it had happened in an alternate reality or something like that. Either way, she was happy to be in this one and not the other.
Thought the window, she couldn't really see anyone, but the top of a red haired head with some headphones. She smiled, for she knew exactly who that way! Not like there were many small red head people on the island who walked around with a big set of headphones... She happened the door, smiling warmly. He eyes went down on the almost teenage boy on her door step. "Good day, Junior. How are you come? Come in, come in. Did you need anything?" She couldn't bring herself to call the boy "Yoakim" even after all these years, so she had stuck with Junior. That seemed to be what everyone called him, either way. Well, everyone but Jacob, but the boy was weird, so it was okay.

Studying the wooden planks below, Junior didn't have to wait very long before he grew bored of counting the visible nails in the floor of the porch. He would have went to stand elsewhere, but he was afraid the old woman would miss him unless he was right where the door opened (even if that probably didn't matter since people tended to miss him even if he was holding their hand or walking right beside them for some time) and then there was the heat. Yes, summer was being pretty blatant in it's bright, bright sun, clear sky, and excessive heat. Junior didn't mind it that much, but.. his skin could get burnt.. He flushed red enough as it was, he didn't need it to be some long term thing with him! Plus, sunburns really hurt, so he'd much rather sit on a boring old porch than stand around the yard where he would get hurt. He was just happy that Gladice didn't have a garden or something – he wouldn't know what to do if a bee came buzzing up to him with no escape!
He tensed slightly at the thought and scanned the area just when the door creaked open. He looked up at the friendly old woman, pausing to wonder if she really was smiling because she was happy to see him or if she was smiling like Molly used to do whenever she wanted him to do something really weird and probably dangerous on a whim. Now, Gladice was much too nice for something of that nature, but, as far as Junior was concerned, Molly was among the nicest people for putting up with him! So, Gladice could just as easily act like the little girl and remain the sweet old woman he went to for baked treats. But, instead of pushing him down or anything like that, she welcomed him in~! He smiled, happy about her reaction. He may have still liked her if she tried something, but he was still happier to know she wasn't going to.. yet.
“U-uh..” He started shakily, pausing to swallow while he passed the woman into the familiar home. “..I'm fine..” He softly spoke, glancing over the home slowly, much more nervous than he usually was when he came over to Gladice's. “I.. wanted to.. um, talk..” He paused and waited just inside the house so he could follow her to wherever the old lady felt like going. He looked at her in thought for a moment more before shifting his eyes elsewhere and speaking 'up' again, “..How.. How are you, Gladice..?” That was the polite thing to ask, right? Well, to some people, but he was sure Gladice would find it polite. ..Right?
