An entire town cursed for the arogance of a single man...even in war I cannot believe some would condone in such horrors let alone off the battlfield.

Sorceresses are a terrifying lot. my friend. Medea, upon Jason leaving her for another woman, killed not only that woman but Jason's children too out of revenge. There is no middle ground when dealing with workers of the black arts.
Hanno's log: Have arrived in Samnite camp. Made the Italians an offer they can't refuse. Still no sign of a working toilet yet.

No...I suppose there can't be. Still, may the gods watch over us all. Nationality aside that is something we may have to stand against one day, less it consumes us all.

Psht. They're not the Black Arts. Magic is magic. Knowledge of how to properly apply it is no more different than knowing how to apply science or mathematics. Because of the horrors science and engineering can create, will you war against them too?

Depends...did they nuke an entire town because Aeneas scuffed their shoes?
Its not that you have the power that makes me afraid. Its how you just used it to cursed an innocent town that was conqured by an idiot. It was hardly their fault what happened. I would rather see men suffer for their own crimes.

He will suffer. He will have to win his battles without his prized army, and you and I both know that in true combat his weaknesses will reveal themselves. He will be shown as the fool he truly is. Now as for the plague, that was a warning to him that I was no longer playing around.

Indeed, I cannot argue with that logic he is a fool. But the suffering of an entire town you aren't even at war with? He won't suffer at all. He'll just take it as an insult and it will serve to drive him more. Overall it was pointless...

No it wasn't. It rendered a ten thousand man army and all his ships and siege engines useless, troops you were planning to use yourself. If he gets angry and frustrated then he will do something stupid and get himself killed. With Hanno on the front line, he might just try to take him himself and die in the process.

Yes I was indeed planning to use that army. An army belonging to a nation you aren't even at war with.
In fact he was going to join under me as my liutenant so I wouldve been able to pull rank as Hanno suggested, now he's of no use to me. He has no army and im stuck with an idiot with a number for a family name. -_-
But the fate of the people is what is important.

She didn't kill all Antium. She just sent a plague.
And besides, he's got a thousand veteran cavalry yet.
