My birthday is tomorrow, but it's easier to say sixteen than fifteen years and three hundred and sixty four days." ...before I met you. Christian said," I guess you're right. Also, expect a gift." He gave a small chuckle.

AngesRadieux Jean-Claude had to think for a moment. He didn't think there was anything he enjoyed quite as much as he enjoyed Potions. At length, he answered, "I do find Ancient Runes fascinating. And what of yourself, Mademoiselle? What is your favorite class?" A bit ruefully, he glanced around the room, suspecting that no one else was talking about classes. Well, at least this was proof that there was a little Ravenclaw in him. "My favorite is Transfiguration, but Charms would be a close second. Spellwork is one of my favorite hobbies." Being so socially awkward, she felt most confident speaking of books and classes. She felt bad for Jean-Claude, the other couples appeared to be enamored of each other, and he was stuck talking about school.

"Oh no!" Sanguine exclaimed. "I have to leave, i'm so sorry, i've got to go. See you Natalie." He ran to the door, accidently knocking over a waiter on his way. "Sorry." He waved his wand, and the shattered glass disapeared. He left the hall.

Lord Cheesy Feet "Oh no!" Sanguine exclaimed. "I have to leave, i'm so sorry, i've got to go. See you Natalie." He ran to the door, accidently knocking over a waiter on his way. "Sorry." He waved his wand, and the shattered glass disapeared. He left the hall. "Wait, Saguine!" Natalie said taking a few steps forward. "I couldn't even tell him," Natalie said under her breath. She walked and sat down on a chair. Picking up her glass and filling it, she thought why Saguine would be as rude to leave so, so instantaneously with out a goodbye. She sat there for a while watching everyone but her have so much fun.

Well it probably could, and Danielle wouldn't have a problem with that. It was a perfect night and something going wrong was always on Kei's side. Strangely though, this night was not like the rest. He felt safe and confident that nothing would happen. And if there was something that will be going to destroy the moment, he felt unusually carefree about it.
"Do you feel strange tonight? Like... I dunno... perfect?" Kei asked and then looked at her. Danielle looked at Kei. "Yeah. Yeah I do, like I'm the perfect person in the world." Danielle felt really strange. "Wow, I think this is the strangest I've ever felt. But, somehow, I like it." Danielle smiled. Kei found himself unusually locked in Danielle's eyes. She was so beautiful; her eyes, hair, body, gown, everything seemed so perfect. And the feeling made him feel like he is in the clouds, floating slowly in mid-air swaying softly in the wind.
He nodded at her. "Yeah, exactly... It's..." he looked deeper at her. "So..." he didn't break his gaze. "Strange..." he leaned in closer at her but immediately pulled out as he thought it would inappropriate. Shame! Shame on him! How could he attempt to kiss her in just a single night! What was happening?! ((Sorry about the long wait, Gothic!))

Jean-Claude nodded, and said, "I find Transfiguration interesting. It is, of course, necessary for many occupations, so the NEWT level classes are quite large. Almost everyone who scores high enough on their OWL takes it." For him, it was necessary because there were some potions that required him to transfigure ingredients while brewing. He inquired, "Have you thought about what you are going to do after graduation?" He felt a bit odd talking about coursework and the like at a ball. However, what else was there for him to talk about? His social life was non-existent, and when he didn't have classes he was often either studying, doing homework, or in the Potions room working on some more advanced brews that weren't covered in class. A bit abashed, he said, "I apologize if I am not the most interesting person to talk to. I do not do much outside of Quidditch and schoolwork while I am here."

Natalie decided rather than dying of boredom, she would dance by herself. As going to the edge of the dance floor, she closed her eyes. She felt awkward dancing there by herself, after all is was a ball. She wondered whether she would slap Saguine next time she saw him or just punch him, and then smiled.

Robert stood up immediately as the night was ending. The glitter ball was slowly dying out. Robert grabbed Amalia's hand, gently pulling her towards the balcony, overlooking the lake and the grounds. Robert smiled as the grounds always looked beautiful in the moonlight.
"Orchideous" A large bunch of roses appeared from thin air into Roberts hands. "I've really enjoyed tonight, thank-you." He smiled at her once more before planting a kiss on her left cheek.
