After selecting the 'Heal' spell, Haruko began forming a few vaguely familiar hand seals, though the muttering under her breath was certainly new. After the incantation and the hand seals were finished, she took a step forward and raised her hands, as glimmers of light and stars radiated out of her and a box appeared above her head reading : "Heal"

...Kyoma and Haruko were quickly surrounded with glimmering flashes of light and a bright light which seemed to glow above them, filling them with warmth and giving them a tingling feeling over their bodies. Green numbers then appeared from within them, 27 for both, rising up into the air as their health bars were restored by that amount.

Haruko lowered her arms and stepped back as the white lining left her and moved back to Kyoma, at which point the menu appeared once more:

Akio was quickly launched into a series of seals and indistinguishable words under his breath before ending in an odd seal and stepping forward, sending a burst of blue-colored energy around him as the word "Osmose" appeared in a box above his head. The blue energy surge quickly flew off of him and directly into the Water Dragon as it disappeared, but then expanded into a large sphere of glittering blue energy which surrounded the dragon. After a few seconds, the blue energy then shrunk again and began speeding back towards Akio, entering into him as his body began to glow all over in the same blue shimmering pattern as the large sphere.

When the shimmering ended and the spell was complete, Blue lettering appeared both from the Dragon and from Akio, in the form of the number 30, as Akio's MP meter was filled up to it's maximum again. It seemed to be that he had drained the dragon of some of it's MP. As always, once he stepped back, the white lining around him left, and moved to Kenji, releasing him and displaying the menu:

Right after saying Akio's name, Kenji was quickly launched into a series of seals and inaudible words under his breath once more, but this time, the words and seals seemed lighter and gentler in nature. after finishing both, he stepped forward, as white light radiated out from him and then disappeared as a box appeared above his head reading "Cure".

A beam of light seemingly shining from the clouds suddenly engulfed Akio as a glimmering stream of white threads climbed up his legs, around his hips and torso and into his arms and legs, as his body began tingle and a warmth filled him from deep within. After a few seconds, the lights went away and a green number appeared from Akio reading as '46' as his HP bar filled to maximum.

Kenji then stepped back as the white lining left him and moved to akio, the familiar menu displaying once again :

"Thanks Kenji, but watch your bars to." Akio said before selecting the magic option then he selected 'lit'

Akio found himself forming a series of seals he was wholly unfamiliar with, though it was a long string before finally stepping forward, as a glow golden-yellow energy burst off around him and the word "Lit" appeared in a box above his head. The sky darkened suddenly as a cloud grew over the Water Dragon's head, slowly becoming darker and darker as a low grumbling thunder could be heard as the cloud lit up slightly. Then, in a flash, a crack of lightning shot forth out of the cloud, aiming directly for the dragon.

Right as the lightning was to strike however, the dragon lifted his wings forward in front of him and covered himself with them like a shield as it flashed, and it's wings took on a shiny texture. The lightning struck the dragon hard, but seemed to only bounce off of the wings as the cloud dissipated and the sky returned to normal. The dragon uncoiled itself again, the wings returning to their watery nature as the number '0' rose up off of the dragon. Following the number, the dragon bellowed a great roar at Akio as it shot a water bullet at him, which struck him directly in the chest. (Akio takes 10 damage)

After the white numbers jumped off of Akio, he was dragged to his feet and the white lining left him and moved to Kenji, as he was presented with the menu:

Kyoma Sakura

Okay, let's think about this. I know we have to find an opening, but I'm pretty sure it's not just going to come to us. At least we know what to use if we ever find that opening. She looked to Haruko who was now frozen. "I'm going to use 'slow'." She decided, not waiting on a reply.

Kyoma was quickly launched into a strange series of hand seals that she had never seen before and found herself muttering under hier breath in a strange language. After the incantation was complete, she moved forward slightly and a burst of white light came off of her as a message box appeared above her head displaying "Slow". Across the clearing, the tree was suddenly surrounded by a series of phantom clocks which seem to spin around it, spinning rapidly at first, but then slowing down as the tree's color was changed to a light grey hew.

Looking at the tree, it seemed to be moving almost in slow motion, at least half as slow as it was before. Kyoma braced for the impact of an attack which had been unleashed at Haruko and she after the last time she acted, but was pleasantly surprised to find that none came, as the white lining left her and moved to Haruko, freeing her and presenting her with the menu:
