She nodded stiffly. "I-I will be," she said quietly. She jumped visibly as another explosion sang through the air. She rubbed her arm, which was covered with open burns, and whimpered softly as gunfire sounded from several streets over.

Linda and Jared looked between them. They said nothing becasue they weren't really big on talking with people they don't know. Young Jewelz sighed and jumped out of her mothers arms. She started away from them feeling the need for adventure.

Jewelz wandered through the streets. She quickly ducked into an alley where she had last sensed Envy. "Oh palm tree boy. Come out. Come out wherever you are~" She muttered quietly.

Envy spotted Jewelz a little ways ahead of him. A devious grin spread across his face and he dashed towards her, transforming into a horse and hitting her full force in the stomach

Jewelz yelped and flew backwards. She rolled around until she skidded to a stop. She held her stomach as she coughed up blood and the philosopher's stone. "Damnit Envy!" She growled as she struggled to her feet and dashed into an alley.

Jewelz screamed again and kicked him off. She held the rest of her jacket over where her arm used to be and struggled to her feet. She winced and stumbled backwards. "Envy just leave me alone!" She yelled before the ground below him exploded.
