(claimed page 9...)
She stares at him with a "HOLY-WTF?!" expression on her face as he whips out the $50 and quickly runs back in.
"Uh...at any rate... I dont know if I can be serious about shopping. Just seemed to cheer them up. And if fate has it our way, I may even go."
She skitters over to the closet and pulls out her military clothes. "Because this is all I own." ._. "Not that it's a bad thing..." she hugs her uniforms. "But I just realized that I've never even had a civilian life. Hell, I need a fashion update, if anything!" gonk
"...that is of course... if things settle down." She lets out a soft sigh, knowing that things weren't gonna go so easily. Even if it was the holiday season.

"Just seemed to cheer them up?" Thrie repeats "But for how long? Heh. If they find out who you really are, wouldnt they become sad again?"
"Are you serious!? Thats all you own? Oh c'mon! Surely you dont sleep in a uniform too? ...... Do you even sleep at all during work!?" Thrie askes exaggerately.
"What about a fashion update?" Thrie askes annoyingly "All you need is jeans and T-shirt, thats how americans do it.... yeahm. Simple. And some T-shirts looks nice too."
Thrie thinks about his civilian life "Civilian life.... remember how you allowed me into boot camp even when they rejected me because of my criminal record? You know yet you still approved my enlistement. You did not know me back then, why did you do it?"
"Criminal.... its been so long. I feel like an old geezer yet I still fit in a high school" Thrie said with a laugh.

"Perhaps... but for the first time in my life, I kinda know what it's like to have female friends. Ever since I can remember, I've been surrounded by male commrades. Now skirts and galore... I dont mind it so much. Kinda wish I went to highschool..."
"Sleep in uniform? Well...I pretty much sleep in those white crew-neck t-shirts without the sleeves... and the old pajama pants that old blonde officer gave me back when I first enlisted because I was pretty much in rags. Hmm..."
She lets out a sigh. "Yeah...definitely need something of a severe fashion uodate. =_=;; If I stay around, that is. Otherwise I have no need for civilian clothes." She lays out her KTIC uniform and runs her fingers over the craftsmanship and her ribbons and medals.
"Why did I accept you? Hm. It's been a while." She thinks back. "Ah. They didnt accept you because you were a criminal against military protocol and law, as well as the civil codes that were set up in the previous years. Hm. I guess because you kinda remind me of me before I joined. Nobody really knows my old past before the military. Most believe I was raised on base and trained to become the way I am by officers. Hah...a likely story."
She sits down on the bed and turns off the TV. She then turned to her drawer and opened it, pulling out a leather case with a dagger in it. She pulled it out and pointed at the symbols carved out in the athame-like dagger.
"See those markings? Recognize them? I dunno if they taught you that much, since this is from ancient times. But before I joined the military I was a hired mercenary. More like your average assassin. We never went by a name, but we were known for the work we performed, so the government nicknamed us "The Untouchable"...some other areas across the country called us "The Unknown" because we'd cut a clean kill and never leave a trace..." out of the blue, she lets the dagger zip through the air, as if splitting through the air and land square into the wall. "...we were the military's most wanted. In fact, they feared us more than those damn communists. We proved we didnt need weapons or nuclear warheads to defeat our oponents. Just swift and brute strength. Not to mention, a few of us were more than just simply human..."
"..what do you mean by that?"
"... well. Ever wonder why I wear sunglasses when I go outside. It aint because I have sensitive retinas, I'll tell ya that much. When one of mine come out into broad daylight, it's like an empowerment. Especially with the pride we hold within ourselves to serve."
"..I still dont really get where you're getting with this..."
"Well, watch." She hold her hand to one of the wounds on his arm and a light surround her hand. He continues to stare at her, a bit unsure and still confused. Her eyes flash bright white from their blue to a golden yellow that seemed to burn unlike any normal flame.
"what the hell...are you??" His eyes widen a bit, not wanting to believe his religious studies at that point in time.
"I'm only part this. Better known as an Archangel." The lights fade and his wound was gone. Her eyes were back to normal.
"......" he laughs. "You're meaning to tell me...you're--" he puts his hand to his head and laughs to himself. "well, I'll be damned..."
"You're far from damned. Anyways. That's why I allowed you into the military. You're different like me. To your own extents. And I watched you fight off the instructors at the boot camp when they tried to arrest you. Those moves... not too different from what I was taught as a mercenary. But your fighting style is intriguing. I knew you'd become a strong part of the military when I watched you strategize your actions before the enemy even made a move."
"You could judge that just watching me fight?"
"There's alot I see in a person that tells me how far they'll make it and what kind of person they are. How else would I have let you get off betraying KTIC this easily? Hah."
^_^;; "Eh... yeah. But you know it--"
"-- had to be done. I know." She goes back to the kitchen and brings out her tea to finish it.
"By the way. You know what Operation Dooms Day is, correct? See, one thing that KTIC has control over, is earth. Right now, the satellite orbiting around the earth has a good 60 or so nuclear missiles loaded and strapped below it. At the push of a button... the world is nothing but dust. Like mars. This is top secret military information no one knows, BUT our military. Back when the revolution took place, you remember that Russia lost their right to ever board space shuttles or work anywhere near the satellite systems. Well, back in the days, it started out with just 10. We decided to load up some more for the sake of humanity's well-being. It's human nature to start a war."
She sits down on the couch and leans forward. "God knows what kinda hell it could case to detonate those babes. There wouldnt be much left to live for after that. And really... I wonder why God doesnt just come down and punish us already. I think we've sinned beyond all mortal sinning... in fact... I wouldnt mind Armageddon. We'd be back at peace after hell is brought down." She lays down on the couch.
"You're welcome to comfort yourself, unless you gotta go..." she slides up and leans on the arm-rest of the leather couch.

"Er... what ever happened to 'You will not do a thing unless told to' attitude? Heh" Thrie askes.
He walks over to the window and looks out. The city still gleaming with lights despite the storm, pouring blankets of rain upon the city. Despite the storm, people are still enjoying the city and its contents.
"Unlike those students, I do not have to be back home at a certain time or i might get killed. Heh. I will never know how it'll be like. Gah! Why couldnt i have a memorable childhood!? Its so annoying now, watching teenages have fun like this. For once, i'd like to be innocent and not know what goes on around the world or give a care. Just have fun and smile all day long." Thrie gossiped as he watched over the city.

She walks over to the balcony and opens the doors. The cool misty breeze swept across her face and into the room, blowing out the candles that were lit on the TV. "Don't we all?" she replied.
"Innocence is something a baby holds until he or she is old enough to comrehend reality. Till...oh, what? Say 4 or 5 years of age. Then they start learning what mommy and daddy are really like. And that he or she was some mistake. Those thoughs run through that child's head until he or she is left to make one decision: vengeance...or suicide?... Or neither."
She walks out and looks below at the city lights. All so busy and constant. People with umbrellas, some running to avoid the storm. The clouds above caused some excessive briskness for a while when all in time she realized the rain was ceasing and it was now beginning to snow a little.
"Hey... come look at this." She smiles a bit, holding out her hand to catch a snowflake.

"Hrm, now thats a little disturbing to bring that up." Thrie comments and then walks over onto the balcony and looks at the snowflake that Alyson caught.
"What the heck is this? Snowing? This down south? In Hong Kong. Hah! Thats really hard to believe! Actrually, thats really really really hard to believe." Thrie said surprisedly.
He leans over the railing and looks up at the stormy sky. "And that snow flake didnt get hit by a rain drop. Very lucky that it is.... Lucky. Heh."

"Indeed..." she watches as the snowflake melts in her hand. "Well, with the height of this hill and concidering we're on the top floor of the building, the altitude kept it just cool enough for this little snowflake. Heh."
She looks back up watching the snowflakes turn into raindrops before they made their way to the ground. It began to rain harder, now the wind had died down completely.
"Geeze...the weather around here is so unpredictable. All this pollution cant be good on anyone." She looks down to her feet letting the rain soak her. "...feels nice...doesn't it? As if it can wash away all your troubles for that one moment..."

"Maybe, but this isnt very high though. Considering where we are. And where Hong Kong is located. Then again, Hong Kong's survived plenty of typhoons." Thrie states his thoughts.
Thrie looks down and jumps back inside "Har! Rain feels good until you realize how much acidic poullution is in it!!!" Thrie yells playfully.
He grabs the glass door and closes it, locking Alyson outside on the Balcony. Thrie smiles and waves at her.

She turns back and laughs. "So this is what you want done to your fuhrer, eh?" She pounds lightly on the glass, laughing. She shakes her head to get some of the rain out of her hair. "I'm soaked. Let me in!" she imitates herself melting by sliding down the glass. "Nooo...."

Thrie points and laughs at the Fuhrer, locked outside before he realizes whats happening to the Fuhrer. He quickly opens the glass door and starts poking her... with the TV remote.
"Ni ni, Oni-san.... Are you okies. Da rain didnt look like it did any good to you. Could it be that you ish a witch? Huh Huh? Why did you smear the purdy glass?" =.= Thrie askes childishly.

"How about still recovering from a massive wound?" she smirks, weakly.
From the hotel room, her cellphone rang. She then realized it was never a good thing when phone calls came in. Only the military had access to her cellphone number. She didnt wanna move from the spot, admitting to herself she really didn't wanna go back to base. But she had no choice.
She got up and twisted her hair in her hands, attempting to dry it out a bit. She answered.
"Fuhrer speaking. What is it?"
... ... ... "I see. Well, here's the plan. Crazy as it may sound to you all, this is a direct order. Withdraw from China and retreat. I have another plan in mind."
..."No. I'll send the message out via hollogram messaging. Safest way to keep it out of enemy hands."
... "Good day." She closes the flip-phone and sets it down.
"Let's pull the devil by the tail, shall we?"

"Oiy... pulling on the devil's tail? I didnt know you like it that way." Thrie baks up against the wall.
"Mother! I dont want to play witht he Russian... They have this weird dance." Thrie whines as he performs the "For Great Justice" Russian dance.
"Right right, im through. I think" Thrie said as he straightens out himself with a sigh. "Its a pity though, i was starting to like this county.
Thrie walks over to the door and opens it, before stepping out, he leaves a message "Oh, I'll be back to pick up my uniform top. I think i'll finish Nei Ji high school when i get back. Jayce's a little annoying but a fine fella."
Thrie then steps out of the room and closes the door behind him. He walks down the hallway and takes the stairway down instead of the elevator. A little exersize, mind you?
"So i've worked for this long and he might not believe i defected from the KTIC? I was close. I guess that mercenary group was as useless as it looked. Didnt convinced him enough. Hrm, I wonder if i should get the government involved? From the looks of it, this mastermind is acting on independence. Hell. I'll see what i can do when i get there. But first, control China. Heh." Thrie nods to himself as he organizes his plans.

The washer/dryer let out a soft ding as he had closed the door. She pulled out the uniforms and put on his unifrom top, since her's wouldnt fit her because of the bandaging and ran after him.
"Wait up!!" .... "Come on now. If you're gonna plot anything, let me in on the fun." She nudges him in the ribs and winks.
"... that's MY uniform." He stares at her.
"What? Want me to take the bandaging off and put on mine? Either that or the KTIC uniform. And I'm wounded enough for now, thanks much." ^_^; "heh..."
She walks down the stairs and out the building with him. "So...what do you have in mind?"

"Now that KTIC is withdrawing from China, they're goign to think KTIC is afraid of China and might follow them back toward the borders. Which means, they'll have to packup most of their equipments. Thats where im coming in on. Im going to cut some communication and redirect some of the military. It wont be easy. First all, trying to fit in as the People's Army of China. Heh. Then, I need to get through Russia's capital city's defense. Even a rat is unable to get in, so my attempt is as good as failed as well." Thrie wonders for a bit.
"Its still too strange to plan too far. Something isnt right about the technology Russia has. The government has no idea about it. Half of its military is elsewhere, the other half is on the opposite of the globe. Russia seems to be the source of this war, yet her people doesnt even know a war is going on?" Thrie scratches his head.
"This is driving me insane the more i think about it! I wish China was the mastermind, it'll be alot easier to deal with." Thrie complains.

She ponders on the idea for a bit. "Now that I think about it, it is a bit odd how they got all those weapons. Sure, the USSR has been planning a nuclear attack on Germany as well as any other alliances formed under KTIC. Italy...the US... most of the soviet countries that belonged to the USSR are now under KTIC. Wait a minute... that's it! Those double-crossing communist bastards... the soviet countries under KTIC control now must be releasing military information. Which would prove why he's after KTIC. Not because we're all for Nationalism. But because we took what was rightfully his. And the militaries that had bases around there are still in there. Tracking... s**t. Why didnt I get rid of those bastards? This damn war threw me off before I had time. This has nothing to do with any alliance between China and Russia. It's a decoy. They're planning to hit the...home base... by distracting me out to run after you on a wild goose chace. Hm. We have an advantage here. Do you think he's on to you already? If not... keep up the play. I'll retreat. You seize China and go toward Russia's outskirts. I'll retreat to homebase and get KTIC in place. But...you'd need to somehow get to mission control of China before their generals let Russia know what we're up to. Otherwise, we got two of them on our tails."
She stops in place when she heard a soft rustling. The kitten sitting on her shoulder now stood with its hairs on end hissing at the dark alley between two building.
