Opal giggled, "Oh don't feel bad. Von is always harder on the ones he favors. In fact, when i first came here-" Blais coughed into her hand. "I don't think we need to go into that Opal..." Opal giggled once more.

Helnus looked at her in surprise befoe shaking his head. "Still, I hate losing." he replied. "Besides, it's wierd when you're harsher towards someone because you like them."

Opal smiled at hi, "Ever heard of tough love, dear?" Blais rolled her eyes and failed to surpress a smile. Opal beamed at her.

Helnus rolled his eyes. "I doubt being beaten to a pulp counts as tough love." He said irritably as he touched the wound on his neck. It had already begun to heal, though it hurt when someone touched it.

Opal looked at Helnus and blew out of her mouth silently. "that depends on who's asking..." she muttered stubbornly. Blais looked to the both of them then sighed and shook her head.

Helnus could tell they weren't going to agree on this, so he decided to drop the subject, replacing it with a new one. "Hey... can you guys help me learn how to fight?" He asked them, deciding a little extra help. He knew that girls could kick a** if they knew how to fight, it was a natural talent. He knew this because of his sister.

Blais' eyes widened then she bit her lip. Opal clapped her hands together then beamed, "Of course.....but it might be better if we did it one at a time...You will get over whelmed with our excllent teamwork"
Blais nodded then climbed up the wall and sat on top of an awkwardly placed pillar, waiting for her turn. Opal smiled at Helnus then took a fighting stance, holding her hand out and watching as a sai flew to her palm. She smiled at Helnus, "Whenever you're ready dear."

Helnus slowly got up, mentally preparing himself for a LOT of pain as he held his metal staff. He stood in a loose battle stance for a moment, then moved forward to attack, watching carefully for any movement as he aimed for her stomach.

Opal giggled quietly, enjoying the deeply missed excitment. As Helnus rushed her, she waited until th eright moment then jumped and flipped over his head then spun and hit him in the back with the bottom of her Sai. HARD. She jumped back in case he decided to counter attack.

Helnus's eyes widened as she jumped, gritting his teeth in pain as the blow landed, again falling forward, this time by only a few inches. He regained his balance by turning on his heel and launching another attack. This time, he used a different posiion of holding his staff, in case she tried to jump again.

Opal smiled then looked quickly for an oppening. There it was, between the legs. She braced herself then made herself as small as she could and slid quickly between Helnus's legs. Then she made the same blow and summersaulted backwards, loving being so light on her feet.

helnus growled as he was hit again, seeing the summersault. That's when he formed an idea. He ran at her again, waiting for her dodge, and smirked as she tried to skirt around. He used i to his advantage as he grabbed her ankle, throwing her across the room so that she hit the wall five feet away.

Opal's smile was wiped of her face as she was thrown across the room. She hit th ewall with force and growled at Helnus, panther-like. She stood up and decided to try a different stradegy. She ran at him at full speed and grabbed his staff. She twisted it to where it was being held against his neck and choking him. she cut his arms in several places then let him down and slid back, not taking her eyes off of him.

Helnus knew the second she hit the wall that he would be in for it, not surprised as he was nearly suffocated. it didn't mean he was fast enough to avoid her attack, but he'd expected it. Once she let go, He moved away a few paces, watching her for any sign of attack, any signal. She had obviously fought before.... a lot.

Opal smiled, not moving from her stance, "Having fun, Helnus dear?" She picked up her Sai's twin and moved in. She breathed in and her senses grew ten times. She could feel Helnus' pulse beating in the air. She sure hoped Helnus would pick up on his senses soon, so they could have much more entertaining combat. She dashed to him, then quickly sidestepped and stabbed him in the stomache and throat, but was careful not to strike anything too important. With her senses hightened like this, it was cake.
