He smirked. "Then lets take this outside then shall we?" He said as he walked out of the office and turned to go down the hallway. However, he was already gone.

Hirose read the letter and teleported up to the roof, where the other Hirose trained. He tossed him the letter and then teleported back to the office.

The real Hirose on the roof read the letter and sighed before making two more superior smoke clones. He gave the letter to one of them and pointed in different directions. Though the directions were vague, the clones seemed to understand him completey, and nodded before taking off.

Hirose took long, deep breaths before unrolling the last of the village's taijutsu scrolls. It read... Stage 5 Kage
Saishuudankai: Tekken Tenrai no Raijin [Final Stage: The Divine Fist of Raijin] In the final stage of Shuurai Tekken Do, the teacher acknowledges the student's abilities by leaving the last training up to him, as the learning is now essentially complete. A complete emphasis on speed should be the focus of the training in the Final Stage; some training methods used in the past include weighted training underwater, deep squats carrying livestock on the shoulders while standing under a waterfall, and other such extremes. In combat, the practitioner is now the stuff of the legends surrounding this style, seeming to be able to attack without physically moving the body from a standstill. Striking and countering become so fluid and fast that some say the blocks are almost up before the opponent's strike begins and the counter is made before the strike is retracting.
He practiced moving at an extremely slow pace, feeling all of his muscles react and retract slowly. Then Hirose made a handful of smoke clones, which attacked him with the same blitzing speed he already knew of the style. To the normal eye, Hirose was barely moving as his hands moved faster than the human eye to capture. In milliseconds he blocked the clones attacks and even managed to destroy one with his own. Then he jumped away from them and focused his energy to reacting with even more speed.

In the office, Hirose appeared with Daichi. The Hirose at the desk looked at the clone and pointed away somewhere, in which the Hirose standing next to Daichi responded by nodding and then vanishing in a gust of wind. "Seeing you here must mean that you've decided to stay." Hirose said before opening a large drawer at his desk.

As Hirose dug through the drawer, a sheet of paper lifted off his desk and floated across the air until it hovered in front of Daichi. "I'm going to assume that my clone told you about the "Akumetsu Masks" of our village, but in case he didn't there's the official announcement. Feel free to ask questions if you have any." Hirose said almost without emotion. With his face covered by his skeleton-patterned hood and his unusual lack of feelings, he seemed almost more like a ghost or spirit than an actual human.
The document given to Daichi read:
AKUMETSU MASKS Welcome. This, is your "Akumetsu" mask. It's new addition to the criteria I've just started. During the past Raikage's era, a lot of gennin simply abandoned the village. I won't have any of that s**t, so I made the "Akumetsu Mask." In each and every one of these masks there is enough gunpowder to easily make your head inexistent. There are three ways to set it off. One, you abandon the village without my consent. Two, you try to take it off yourself, and three you die. That way if you die in another nation you're more likely to take your killer out with you. It also works well for failed assassination attempts as it hides your identity, and thus what village you came from. There are no headbands, only masks. As for it's evil looking appearance, it's more than just for kicks. In most villages only the higher ranks earn masks, but the system works opposite here. The less human you look, the lower rank you are. In other words you, as a gennin, will have more of a demon's face than a humans. Then as a chuunin your mask will change to something a little more casual, and then at Jounin the mask comes off completely, and no more explosive head trauma.

Gennin: Usually cover up a vast portion of the face, if not all. Demonic and monstrous looking as possible, meant to inspire fear into those they cross, because like butterflies with wings that make fearsome faces, they do not have enough power to inspire fear by themselves.

Chuunin: Pale/decorated expessionless human looking masks. Meant to show the enemy that though they are human, there will be no mercy, fear, or any other emotions attached to hold them back from trying to kill their enemy to the utmost of their ability.

Jounin: Technically they can go without any mask, but most still prefer to wear a small mask that covers only a little of their face or just half of it. They do it as a joke to their opponent more than anything because it says "At this point you shouldn't fear the mask, but the killing machine beneath it."

Note: "Akumetsu" Literally translates as "Evil destruction" or the destruction of evil.

"Now," Hirose explained opening up the box, revealing dozens of demonic looking Akumetsu Masks. "you pick one."
((if you have a mask you'd like to wear that isn't included in the examples, you can wear it.))

The Hirose on the roof continued his training as the clones came at him with the speed of an almost perfected Lightning Fist style. Hirose was battered by the them at first, narrowly able to escape defeat by lightning fast blocking. Now, however, he had to react as soon as he saw the clones even more toward him. He focused on the area and remembered the slow movements he had trained with. Everything seemed to slow down as the clones mimiced those exact moves. Hirose tried his best to read the, predict them, and then....REACT! Almost like seeing into the future Hirose predicted where the movements would come from and thus gained the small margin of time necessary to overpower the clones. After another quick barrage, one of the clones didn't make it out alive.

Hirose continued his training to increase his taijutsu speed. This time fatigue was beginning to settle in on him, and as the remaining clones surrounded and attacked he was hardly able to get out of the web of punches and kicks. Once he gained a brief moment, he strived to discover a way to quicken his punches. Then the clones were upon him again, and Hirose used a bit of built up energy to counter them. He could read their movements now, and using his energy his hands created after-images as dashed around Hirose's body to meet the punches and kicks of the clones. He kept it up, never breaking speed to exhaustion. In fact, his will even pushed his body harder, and he seemed to vibrate as he movements passed that of even the Hyuuga clan.

Hirose took deep heaving breaths as the clones were sent flying away from him. He could feel that he was close, close to obtaining the ultimate taijutsu speed. The clones picked themselves off the ground and eyed each other before beginning to close in on the real. Meanwhile, the real Hirose took a deep breath and held out his arms. He shut his eyes, and the air around him seemed to stop; time slowed. He lightly moved one of his arms around and they produced dozens of after images. Likewise the other arm followed suite. Then, reality seemed to crash back as the clones dived at Hirose, their speed producing after-images as well. Then, the real Hirose seemed to explode as a surge of power erupted from his core and stunned the clones in mid-air. In that brief second, however, Hirose's arm whipped around and battered each and every clone around him. His movements seemed almost invisible as his punches moved faster than even a hummingbird's wings. After a split second of what seemed like a standstill in time, Hirose brought his hands together and all of the clones bursted into smoke, unable to continue on as Hirose's powerful punches pummeled them all into submition.
