@ Ruffles: Hehe, cute. mrgreen heart I used to just call her 'my sister' but once we got closer, I started saying 'my sissy' just because it sounds more personal. (And my apologies to the guild for being off topic)

My parents are both Christians. My mom actually goes to church, but is less Christian thna my dad, who doesn't. My mom is kinda ok with some parts of Wicca because her friend loves studying auras and such. My dad is against all "nature-worshipping junk" (as he calls it). I would tell my mom that I prefer Wicca to christianity, but she would tell my dad who would probably give me a huge speech on how it's "not really a religion but some cultish worship" and then take anything related to Wicca away. I'll just wait three years until I go to college...

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones when it comes to this aspect. I was raised Half Catholic/ Half Druid on my fathers side. My mothers side having no religion. Which means every sunday; wake up early go to Catholic Mass, followed by Communion. Go home for lunch, then the rest of the afternoon I would spend with my grandfather Druid training, In the evenings everyone would get together and have dinner, and then my grandfather would tell us all the most amazing stories. That was the only family time we all ever had, other than that I was pretty much on my own because we're all kind of poor and everyone is always working. But anyway, my mother ((who I thought wouldn't go for it)) supports my decision fully, and beleives that everyone has to make the right decision and follow the path that's right for them ((which if you met my mother would be awkward, she's kind of a b***h at times.)) And my father well, his only worry is that I might become corrupt because I am part warlock. But as I grew he saw that I am more responsible than even him, so he has no worries and supports me. Being born into a family of warlocks is a curse and a blessing at the same time. sweatdrop And being raised Catholic and Druid at the same time screws with your brain a bit at first. But you have a better understanding all the bases of all religions in the end. ^_^ so it all works out. I just wish people of christian faith would stop telling me I'm going to hell because I dont worship their god, and I wish that people of Wiccan/Pagan/Druid faith would not critisize me for being part warlock. -_-; I feel like I have no where I belong. It's a sad lonly path.

Only my mother knows because she is wierd. She thinks she can jump right in and do a bunch of 'love spells' I don't really like her. She doesn't know about what I do thoug she just knows that I raid the spice cabinate and get her to bring me to the 'wiccan store'.

My father thinks its silly and tries to pry it out of me. But I do not plan on telling him until I know much more than he can ask questions to. He says it is 'earth powers' but I normally block him out. My step sister forgot about it. But at his house I'm the only one that can see the damn 'ghost' dog and the lady who watches me. he blabs on about our celtic and scottish, heritige though. he only asked me when we went to salem, I went for the pirates, he went for the dillusional girls who claimed other to be witches.

In short.
Mother is ignorant but knows
Father I will not tell... yet

My mother turned me on to the world outside of catholocism... she studied astrology, hebs, and pshycology, so now I'm quite knowlageable in those areas- but my parents are in the middle of a divorce right now, and I'm going to be living with my dad, who is not so enlightened... I'll just have to borrow wiccan books from people I know untill I get a job.

My parents are complete shits sometimes, but sometimes they're okay.

Mom

Convinced that when I look at my life, I'll decide to be Christian, mostly because a lot of influencial people are.

Dad

Won't talk to me for days if I mention Wicca. One of his coworkers was Wiccan, and in my opinion, she was also probably mentally retarded. She had an online journal that my dad found. It talked about her participating in orgies and self-harm. Now, my dad's phobic of Wicca and refuses to beleive that his daughter could be involved in that 'Satanic crap'.

Me

Disagree with mom, currently HATE dad. 4 years left till I'm off to college.

Yeah, there is alot of the Bible-thumping, but I guess me and my grandma mellow it out....because she does kicthen magic and I help her sometimes...she's funny though. She teases my brother and such.

4 years till off to college? If you're lucky.

I am in college now, and still live at home. It is less expensive, so I am forced to commute. Yeah... sucks. And it seems my room is still searched ~,~;

Mother-My mother is a witch so its not like she cares.

Father-Didn't know I took after my mother till I told him one year. He was shocked and I really think he doesn't like it. He often gives me a bible lecture when I do something I shouldn't. He doesnt say that doesnt want me to practice because he knows I'll rebel. He glares at me when ever I meantion something to do with witchcraft. I plan on waiting till I'm around twenty to let my other skeletons out of the closet.

Stepmother-Dedicated Christian. I know my dad told her because after
I told him I got a bible for christmas and a cross for my birthday. Then suddenly in my room at my dads appear another bible and more crosses than you could cound. I also started to get letters from a local church.

Stepfather- Could careless, I mean I could be a homicidal maniac and he wont mind. He says I should be what ever I want.

3 years to collage, maybe 2, I'm not sure and I'm not about to count, but it will be a blessing. I have no respect religion wise at my homes and I just want to leave, get a apartment with someone.

My dads pretty much atheist, but studys buddism, shamanism, and other ancient religions. so he's pretty much known from the beginning. lol, once we were talking about gods, he said that he was pretty sure god was a girl because only a girl would create things like flowers and such. ...not to be sexist or anything. i thought it was funny. But my mothers christian (not fundamentalist or anything, just a normal christian) and i wasnt planning on telling her because of something she said once, something like 'your eternal salvation isnt something you can d**k around with' or something like that. But a few weeks ago while we were walking around one of my potential colleges, we walked past the schools ministry building, and i looked at her and said "you know im not christian right?" she gave me this weird look and asked what i meant. so i tried to explain things in ways she would get, and be okay with. Although it wasnt easy cause she was still determined to show me the school, so she kept interrupting me. It was good though, she didnt like, condemn me to hell or anything. My aunts...(i have three) im assuming my moms closest sister knows, because they're always talking. My other aunt sort of knows, i've gotten her to buy me books once or twice. The last one..i assume she knows. She was there when i told this christian lady in a parking lot that i was pagan. And my grandmother...she'd better not ever know. Shes very christian, thanks to most of her friends. but she speaks very little english, and i speak very little spanish, so i dont think its gonna be brought up.
