confusion rattled her as she tried to understand what he was and how he did this. "how?... You'd have to be dead to do this... how can you do this with your heart still beating?... not that I'm not glad your not bound to the same terrible fate as me, but how?..."

Hiro was quiet for a while and used her mind so that he felt her hand on his cheek as well. "I don't know if you can... Shingo... Trust me, I wish I was free so that I could be with you and everyone else... but in all honesty, even I don't know how to free myself... I wish I were free..."

Hiro sighed, and put her energy into him feeling her hand on his cheek. "Why Shingo?... I'm dead. I'm trapped her for eternity. There's nothing about me that would be appealing to anyone. So why? Why would you go so far for a dead girl?"

Hiro would have been crying if she was able to. "Why?! For god's sake, why do you need me!?" She felt the same thing Shingo was feeling, though she didn't understand it. She felt drawn to Shingo just the same.

Hiro got herself together, and now more then ever, she wished so was alive, so that she wouldn't be bound to this stupid house or this statue. She wanted to touch Shingo in real life, and be with him. "I'm sorry Shingo... I'm sorry for my outburst."

"Guys.... Guys!" Tal voice echoed though out the hall as She came running down them. Which way was to the front again? Some how Talme had a feeling the bloody joarnal could probly tell her, but she was to paniced of being alone, it seemed like the house was getting colder. She quicken her pace almost running into the wall a few times carrying her heavy new find, what she found in the book was importent and the darkness wasn't.
Tal ran but it seemed this place was different from the first halls, she slowed and paused there was a dim light...Tal followed it to a door that was cracked open, the door was unlocked. She could see a mirror though the door and a lit candle, how odd... the candle was new?
((I'm still following the map that miroku give us in the begining, I'll change it if I mess up))

Tal nearly jumped out of her mind when Shingo aimed his gun, in the dim light, the reflection of the candle made him look like any demon, found in this place, at least the ones who had eyes, she shivered.
"the names Talme and I should be asking you? Is there a key in the statue?" From her view Shingo was by himself, the conversion he was having could not be heard by others but Hiro, but there Shingo was standing as close as possible to the marbled stone statue. Tal hugged the journal she found tighter to her chest, which reminded her that she had it. For some reason in the little light she had the book looked newer then before.
"I found a clue, the book Hiro wrote on was a Journal, and... and I think it belongs to some one that has exercised the monsters we have seen and more. I can't read it clearly, its handwritten...and..." Talme couldn't say it... a picture of Hiro right with the horrid creatures that looked like they came from Down under? She had to... it was a very important clue to help her, Tal had paused for what seemed a long moment to the others, then opened the book, she flipped through it...the pages felt easier to turn this time so she flipped to the middle and then stopped stunned.
After the first few pages of the middle of the book it was empty, there was no sigh of pages torn out... the book felt like it had more paper. It was like the pictures, facts, diagrams, notes, and even the blood stains were never there, most importantly the Picture of Hiro was gone. "I don't understand, I had the answers right here, written notes about Hiro and more, but now its gone!" Tal looked up to Shingo and moved a few steps toward him but bumped the table that was holding the lit candle, she dropped the book on the ground to catch herself from tripping. Talme opened her eyes to look at the candle a foot from her face, her eyes widened... that’s why the candle looked odd at first...
The candle's wax was flowing up the candle stick like it was a movie being rewound, and it looked like it was almost finished.
