The only thing I'll add is that usually in order for one of those things to enter your being and share your body with you, you have to kind of, I don't know, let it. If you're saying this one just kind of moved in unasked, that is usually indicative of a slightly more malevolent spirit trying to harness your body as a tool to acheive its own ends.

So, let's be frank here, you haven't heard any whispered urgings, as if they were being spoken on the wind in your ear, to do things that you don't particularly want to do, have you? Because I don't need to mollycoddle you, we've all dealt with things of this nature enough in the past to know that if you have a malevolent wind spirit living in your scalp, Jon's gonna want to shoot your head. So let's n** this in the bud as fast as we can.
