Adrian rolled his eyes. He might as well tell her. "Okay then. But just so you know, if I don't keep pretending to like you like that, Shawn will be all over you again, and I wont be able to stop him."

"Don't go thinking you're special or anything like that. I just don't like what Shawn does and I try to keep him from doing it. Unless, of course, you want him to?" Adrian challenged. It didn't really matter to him if he knew Nariko or not, and he wasn't worrying about her.

Rolling his eyes once more, Adrian replied, "Well, if that was the problem, why didn't you say so?" His voice wasn't so dull anymore. He didn't often speak monotonously, usually only when Shawn was bothering him.

"Come on lets go find Larissa,"Nariko said since they had already gathered plenty of food. Non of which the fox could eat, which was why she was growing irratable. She knew she could run out of her pills at anytime and it was scareing her, though that fright came out as anger.
