Lady Dao Gagh! Not quite flooding for me, but friends' places have flooded, and a few have trees that have crashed through their roofs. gonk How about that ship though? Never thought I'd see the day that a bloody great coal ship'd be stuck at Nobbys. I know. My friend got a text at recess on Friday that was all like "there's a ship on Nobby's". And those others floating around, draging anchor. Crazy. I have heaps of friends in Maitland as well. They were so lucky the levees didn't break.

Lenre Li The storm flooded ourr jetty and public school in Pelican, as well as a few streets here and there... XD Also, one of the trees in our frontyard fell on my mum's boyfriend's car, and it only dented it.
It went across the to our friends across the roads car which they were selling... XP People were always driving by and looking at it, as well as taking pictures of it! It was so cool! ^^ But got saawed bit y bit sadly, but the remnants are still on our front... >.< My friend and I made a "memorial" to it.... sweatdrop My school floods when it rains normally xD No school for me tomorrow!

My uncle lives at Louth Park but he was down the central coast for the weekend. Lucky, they evacuated Louth Park.

meh, it depends on what your looking for i spose...
Brisbane is far more relaxed, and not rushed... sure peak hour a b***h, evryones backed up on teh motorway for 20km's to try and fit 6 lanes of traffic onto a 3 lane bridge that breaks off everywhere...
But Sydneys shopping is better, i'll agree to that, Brisbane's essentially got a 4 block CBD, the rest i havent looked at..

And that is it, each city is better suited for different styles of living.
I enjoy (for the most part) always having something to do or somewhere to be. It does get tiring, but makes me down time all the sweeter.
Yes, the public transport systems sucks (for the most part) but I find that for me needs- it suits me just fine. A quick bus ride and I am at tafe. From there it is a quick bus home or a quick train to work.
Sometimes the system works.

Sometimes, sometimes. I find whenever I need it most, the system fails me.

I think it's pointless me posting here, as it seems that the last post was over 2 days ago, but, oh well. I am a New South Welshperson, and proud of it.
