Layra-chan flaifire Layra-chan I have encountered college drama for the first time and it was very odd, being that I can't quite empathize...at all. Unfortunately it's one of those "they're both wrong" situations, and they're both being catty about it, but still... In other news my homework hates me. Damnit, I'm theoretical math; I can't multiply! What kind of math? I'm struggling through Linear Algebra at the moment... I asked the professor if I should take it again since I'm worried I don't understand enough of it to be useful for the next course, and he said I can't unless he purposefully fails me. sweatdrop But I'm getting close to failing with how the last test went. crying I don't know if I remember enough linear algebra to be helpful; I'm more of a differential geometry person but I did do pretty well in my linear algebra course last year and I have a good theoretical linear algebra textbook with me. I might be able to help. I CAN DO FIRE WITH ROCKS!!!!! MOOGABOOGA! ........ assholes........

Mrph. I ******** up one of my math exams because I'm not good at memorizing topology definitions. Some things have nice definitions: locally connected means that it's connected on a local scale; sure, I can deal with that. But ******** second countable? That doesn't tell me s**t. Why can't they just say "has a countable basis?" I hate terminology. I'm good with ideas and I'm good at dealing with the actual definitions; terminology/jargon/vocabulary sucks. Also, in class math exams are one of the stupidest ideas ever.

Also, in class math exams are one of the stupidest ideas ever. I had the definitions, a few weeks ago I was trying to understand and express isomorphisms and isomorphic matrices... they aren't the same or equal, but I said they were 'similar', only to remember a second later that similar is already used, A~B. xp Math exams have got to be one of the worst things ever, I continually fail the exams because they are rushed and compacted, with complicated descriptions and definitions. How can you get a good grade in a math class without doing well on the exams? I'm fine with getting a low grade and passing as long as I understood it I don't care what I got, but doing well on an exam and not knowing anything? that's what pisses me off about those people who don't ever come to class, don't know what to do and get the right answer.

I've been so busy and stressed but been putting out an appearance that nothing matters to me, I'm completely stress free, and not worried about anything. However, as I said, in reality I'm just way stressed, nervous, worried. So, doing both of these has just made me hella tired recently and it's no fun. stare
