And I don't know how or whether I should even help or not. I'm afraid I'm experiencing a rather hopeless feeling about this all. I suppose only Niah would be able to set things straight?"

Midnight looked at her, and glance to the silent Old One.
"You made them think it was a dream? how..stupid of you. and I suppose you didn't tell them about the other thing he did, either. well nevermind that."
The old one crossed his arms.
"You call yourself by the same title Saka was called by. what is that for?"

She merely blinked. "How much control I have? Come on now, I stressed the lack of control over him...them...whatever. Now I have control over something?" Aura was acting surprised, merely to cover up another emotion that made her actually nauseous it was so bad. But she let her attention focus on the Old One, seemed he wasn't all in the look either.

He sighed, shaking his head.
"If you think that, you are foolish. don't you pay attention?"
The looked at the Old One.
"Saka. yes. We are the Wards. there were four of us. Saka, Myself, Tusk, and Leo. we were Death Angel's lieutenants. Masters of Mystics, Hunting, Strength, and Honor."

Now labeled stupid. Better to be stupid than afraid...well in her opinion. And she couldn't tell if she was offended or not. "I don't take a liking to chains and collars, thank you very much." She crossed her arms shifting her weight to one leg as her eyes searched around, looking for...something.

K'erith stumbled into the great hall, black flames emanating from his shoulder blades like a pair of huge wings. "Its time we left, K'erith" spoke a sharp, mettalic voice. He pounded against the door, throwing himself up against it again and again. He let out a scream of rage, "How can we be confined here K'erith? You are not bound by the physical realm?" the disembodied voice spat. K'erith shot into the air, and burst out into the hall in his madness.

Kellendel rubed his hands together as he waited for the experiment to finish. Xail and Rain watched as the mage went about his work, and when the final ingrediant was added, they stood and watched the wizards insane laughter. Even an elf was corrupted by the powers of higher sorcery.
"What do you think will happen?" Rain asked Xail, as they too stood by, eagerly awaiting the results.
"Last time, he opened a portal to a plane that ceased to exist ten million years ago... The time before that, it conjoured a flower golem." Xail replied, "These mad scientists..."
"Watch, as I bend the UNIVERSE TO MY WILL!" Kellendel laughed, his robe flew about wildly, then... it happened. The potion bubbled. It bubbled until nothing but the sounds of bubbles could be heard.
Rain looked at the wizard and laughed. "Seems you over steped your..." His eyes widened as the bubbles formed into a biped creature, and solidified into a beautiful youngh Sylph. "Well, I guess this can be considered a success. You managed to make yourself a wife." The space elf laughed. Xail joined him.
"Uh, hello?" The elf asked the sylph.
Looking at the wizard, the sylph walked up to him, and slapped him across the face, then de-bubbled back to her home plane.
"Regected even by the creatures you create. Congratulations, Kellendel, you are a lady killer." Rain mused at Kellendel's expense.
"Stick to your weapon smithing, you never fail at that." The human shook his head, and sighed. Kellendel was a very good weaponsmith, too good even. But his lack of discipline really hindered his ability to be a great archmage.

Midnight's stance shifted, for a moment there was a very violent, and angry look, that faded back into arrogance...then pain, back to arrogance.
"Yours is the power of life and death, Den mother aurahkah. Command him, and you are obeyed. Only you, and Nailah, hold this power. I thought you knew that? you certainly implied to to someone else, didn't you."
"She had no right to even think such a thought to me."
"But can you use it?"

She growled slightly. "I'm a thief, bluffs, lies, and excuses are in my trade." Aura shook her head, "who said I even wanted to command him, let alone have him obey me. I could do without both..." Giving a look to the Ward and the Old One, Aura pivoted on her boot heel, and started away from the little crowd.

Rand was finally full, though she couldn't say that she was warm yet. The shivers were still there. For the past while she had been hereing things. Voices...it sounded like there were six or seven or eight people outside, but when she glanced out she would have sworn there were only three or four.
She was certian that she heard the front doors burst open, but she was hesitant to check it out. She wasn't sure if she should stick her nose into another person's problems again. ANd she was getting sick of having to explain what she was, what she was feeling. Who really cared anyway?
She sighed. If anything else happened today, she just hoped that she didn't get wet.

Sitting in the chair the elf grasped onto reality by a thread, he had forgotten how important blood actually was... He frowned thinking about how careless being kept alive long past the point of death had made him... In truth, Nelphean did feel rather immortal, but after his last fight, he felt weak and weary... Blood... He looked at his clothes and thank Corellon that Ecara wasn't nearby.
"Come to me an see my heart, open before you, little spirit, guide my soul into eternal bliss, find me a home where I'll belong, lift my spirit into the grace of light..."
The elf's voice was weak, but still melodic. His voice cracked perodically, but he kept singing softly to the empty room.

THe old one looked at Aura, and shrugged, and then faded out of existance.
Midnight shrugged his shoulders.
"Well then, I'll just wait for later then, won't I."
Another shift. eyes became soft, and sad, and the head hung, moving toward his den with a very beaten, but female sway. and when he got back to his den, he say down, put his head in his hands and cried.
"Why wouldn't the den mother help? why woudln't she bring him back to me?"

Aura trekked her way back to her manor, arms wrapped around herself. She didn't know what she was feeling right now. She had been doing a lot of thinking, on a lot of things. She almost felt lost to herself. When she wasn't worrying about herself, it was about Saradin, when not of Saradin, it was of Ecara, and so on and so forth. It was hard to understand, and all it got her was trouble as she punched the stone wall of the manor as she came up to the building, splitting her knuckles again. "Ow..." She flicked her hand, trying to flick away pain then leaned her head against the outside of the manor. She didn't like this at all.

Rand got up out of her chair. It wasn't that she REALLy wanted to see what was going on in the main hall, it was that she was getting bored sitting at the table and doing nothing but staring at said table.
She tugged her still wet hat down over her eyes and headed out. Now, Rand wasn't one to be surprised by a whole lot, Nelphean hadn't surprised her, and Vik hadn't either. But what was going down in the main hall was just plain wierd.
"I suppose this is more than just a nervouse breakdown, yes?" Gees, around here Rand must be considered normal.

Nelphean stood up, and looked about him. "Just alittle pre-war sparing. I need to get cleaned up."
He flet dirty, so he decided that he was going to go take a bath, in the lake again. The third time in six hours... He really liked the water.

"Hello Aurahkah, I feel that you are not well. Its ok, we all love you very much." The elf said slightly more vulgar than his normal hidden tone. "Excuse my lack of... Dignity."
