Tirion Congratz Kori! AraTeran: Well, it's not really that I was suprized about the amount of them in general... It's just that it's -Maine-! I didn't think there would be that many mexican here, I mean it's not like we're close to Mexico. I've actually managed to differentiate some of the Asian languages, between watching Firefly and mass amounts of Anime... so basically that means I can tell Japanese and Chinese apart xd I was surprised by the really high percentage of hispanics in Seattle. They really make up about 10% and Washington isn't much closer to the borders. But apparantly they immigrate pretty far north looking for work.

In california, white people are a minority.
Yes, over 51% of California is Mexican.
I went to san francisco yesterday. Wow, that place should be demolished and built better. hate. I also went to stockton a few days ago, this place is also hate because it is ugly.
I want to move. To prettier places.
The world wasn't meant for a person like me.

Teh Sena In california, white people are a minority. Yes, over 51% of California is Mexican. I went to san francisco yesterday. Wow, that place should be demolished and built better. hate. I also went to stockton a few days ago, this place is also hate because it is ugly. I want to move. To prettier places. The world wasn't meant for a person like me. Not true. According to the 2000 census, California is 32.4% hispanic and 46.7% white. The reason people say white are not the majority is because they are no longer above 50% of the population. There is no majority in California. And not all hispanic=Mexican either.

I've inquired about two things in psych this year, and I've had my grade raised both times. This time it was about our paper, and the amount of work that my friend and I did, and the lack of work that our other friends did. Somehow, we all ended up with the same freakin' mark, so I emailed the teacher and we hashed it out, and now instead of getting 70% like the other two, my other friend and I are now getting 80%. Yup... I'm happy.

Maybe they were only talking about my general area, but it didn't seem like it, I'm pretty sure they were talking about all california. 2000 was a good while ago, too. My city wasn't even a city then. Neither were a few others.

Man, I really like the philosophy that it's better to have love an lost then to have never loved at all. I'm starting to really kind of look at the might have been signs for her. I mean, she would do this this and that and now she doesn't do that anymore. Kind of sad.
I got a date for prom though. Asked the person in person. Wasn't even that hard. Which means I'm getting more open. So, cool. Gonna wear hotpink. Been planning that forever.

I accepted the summer program offer. Goodbye one month of vacation.
I might not get into NCSSM still.
I need to tell my father that I don't want to live here next year.
I have a lot of songs bouncing around in my head but I can't bring myself to put anything on.

Try working inside a greenhouse for a few hours when the temperature hits 110. lol Oh, and on a completely unrealated note, I am considering making a big thread on bipolar disoder in the Expected Discussion Sociology/Psychology subforum (similar to the SI thread probably). Just because I have seen so many people who seem a bit...uninformed. Comments?

But I don't want it to happen. I'd much rather the weather reach a ceiling temperature of, oh, say 79 degrees. That way people like me can't b***h about it being in the 80s. Yeah, 79 with a slight breeze. Perfect.
On a side note, I got an email from Chalda today. She's doing well, but she's again without internet access. I'm sure she wishes you all well.
