1st year   "Being smart does not make you wise...Evelyn let out a hearty chuckle at the girl's reaction to her eyes changing. "It's quite alright, nice to meet you Ami, I'm Evelyn Wise," she said. She waved back at the girl as she exited the tower. "Alright, see you later," she smiled.

Thankful for Ami's offer Ren politely refuses. She instead curls up by the fire in the comfiest chair and pulls out a book. Its a muggle book but she enjoys it all the same. She gets deep into her book before she notices there is someone else in the common room. She waves across the room to Evelyn and says, "Hey I'm Ren. Are you new?"

1st year "Being smart does not make you wise...Evelyn's eyes were a rich purple as she had been deep in thought staring up at the ceiling while Athena still napped on her shoulder when she heard a voice. As she snapped out of her day dreaming and looked over at the other girl her eyes turned back to turquoise. "Oh, hello," she said. "Yes I am, my name's Evelyn. What year are you?," she asked.But being wise does make you smart."

  Ami ran into the first year dorms, plopped onto her bed and squealed happily into her pillow, almost bursting with excitement. Andrew, the cutest, funniest guy ever just kissed me! And we even made plans to go on a date! she thought while doing a couple ballet pirouettes and a grand jete. She found that someone had retrieved her broom from the Whomping Willow, and that it was still in pretty good shape. Takng out her wand, which was also returned, she pointed to her trunk and summoned a couple pieces of clothing onto her bed. She pulled on a form-fitting yellow three-quarter sleeve shirt, a mini gray plaid vest, silver skinny capris, white canvas flats, wooden bangles and layered necklace. Looking herself over in the mirror, she decided to add a super-cute grey porkpie hat and a clutch purse to put her wand and money in. She dabbed on some shiny clear lipgloss and sprinted to the owlery to tell Ariadne the great news.

((Okay, so I thought that he would have classes to go to but I was was wrong. So umm..... Yeah.)) Andrew burst into the common room. And did a triumphant three-foot leap. 'Yes! I did it! And she doesn't hate me! Oh my God, yes!' he thought with glee, as he bounded up the stairs to the dorm. 'Now let's see what I've got to wear....' he continued, digging through the pile of clothes in his trunk. "Ah ha!" he said, pulling out a white dress shirt and black slacks. "Way to formal for a first date," he put the slacks back and yanked out a pair of shorts. "Guess this'll have to do. Gah- my hair is all messed up and dirty!" he panicked. "Where's that emergency hair-kit! *Incoherent muttering* Got it!" he combed all the leaves and twigs from his hair, then sprayed it into a nice position. "*Coughing* There I'm all spruced up and ready," he went down the stairs and waited.

((whaaaaa? already? i thought i had some time for her to talk to evelyn! but sok, ill just be in two places at once smile sorry i didn't respond for a while, but i've been preparing for a master lesson in piano so been pretty busy irl k, so we're pretending the previous posts never happened))   Ami paced around her room, desperately trying to figure out what she should wear to her first date. She closed her eyes and envisioned an outfit that said, interested, but not trying too hard, cute, but not too formal. Fashion was usually a piece of cake for her, but today, she was completely drawing a black. Furrowing her brow in frustration, she kicked the side of her trunk, ignoring the throbbing pain in her toes. A couple pieces of clothing fell out, and she suddenly got an idea. She quickly picked up her metallic pink dress that went just past her knees,and put it on. Next, she slid her feet into a pair of silver ballet flats. Ow they pinch, gotta remember to order more shoes tomorrow. Then she draped a cream colored scarf around her neck, and tied it in a casual but chic way. For accessories, she put on medium sized grey hoops with a heart in the middle, perfect for the occassion. She switched her black leather purse for a clutch bag that matched her scarf, and put her wand, and wallet in. Normally, she wouldn't have bothered to wear any make-up other than lip gloss, but today was special. She carefully applied her light pink blush, maskara, eyeliner, and a neutral colored eyeshadow. She dabbed on some vanilla scented lipstick and sprayed herself lightly with a perfume that smelled like a rose garden.
Looking herself over in the mirror, something still felt wrong, her hair. Many people had said to her that she would look better with her hair down, but she had never thought about changing her hairstyle until now. She frowned into the mirror and decided to do something completely crazy. Taking out her wand, she muttered a spell, and her bangs fell to the floor. The ends of her hair also became wavy. She gave it a shook, and cleaned up the mess on the floor. Gicing herself one last look in the mirror, she ran confidently down the stairs to the common room.
Andrew was already waiting. She felt like a princess from a fairy tale when she walked down the banister, looking at her "prince charming." The only things that were missing was dramatic orchestral music, and slow-mo. She beamed up at him when she reached the bottom. "Hey Andrew! Ready for our first official date? Where do you want to go first?" she asked.

Andrew Hark... 1st. Year ((Oh man, I feel kinda pushy now. Oh well! I'll erase those posts from my memory now. Y'know, Ami and Andrew only met because of a chocolate bar. Remember? Rose was crying, and I actually was previewing my post when you posted. Then I extended mine so that he didn't leave. It's amazing what chocolate can do. I'm about to steal a line here smile )
"Well hello there beautiful," he said to Ami. 'How about we head down to the...umm...." he stuttered, he had no ideas of what they should do. 'Those shoes look bloody painful,' he thought."What about Hogsmede? It should be really pretty at this time of year. And I've never actually went there," he chuckled. "So how about it?

((its great...i just need to find a picture, i don't know what to search sweatdrop )) Ami blushed at his remark. "Oh really? I just threw something on, no biggie. You look great too!" She looked down at her shoes and laughed, "Ah, their a little too small, but too cute not to wear. I wrote a letter to Bo-" She stopped suddenly. Shoot. I almost told him about Boggins and the rest of our houseelves! Don't ruin this Ami!. Faking a convincing cough, she continued, "I wrote a letter to Bob, my uncle who lives in France, to send me some new ones. He owns a small boutique in Paris, everything's so adorable." She ran her fingers through her newly cut hair and smiled. "Hogsmeade it is! How about Honeydukes? My supply of candy is running a bit low" she said with a wink as she walked out of the common room.

Headmistress Lillian Van Nikolai
A small purple note zoomed into the Ravenclaw common room and headed straight for Rose. It prodded her face until she woke up. The note said;
"Meet me at entrance hall, change quickly if you can, please hurry, urgent, Explain when we get there.
-Headmistress Nikolai"
The note vanished with a pop after a minute. It had been written in a hurry, ink blotted the margins.
...Help will always be given at Hogwarts to those who ask for it...
