The people grow wide-eyed and start to scatter immediately, but a silver and red blur gathers them up, one by one, and deposits them all into the back of a large truck labeled "New Bludhaven Police." Next to the truck, with a small controller on his wrist, Officer Wally West shakes his head sadly.
"The law is the law, folks, no matter what's going on.
And just what IS going on here?"

*Swings the rifle overhead to hit him in head, but leaves herself open to the knee, and takes the hit which deflects her own effort into his shoulder.*

He turns the dial on his wristband, and the silver and scarlet blur comes to a stop in front of the paddy-wagon. It's a wheeled automoton, labeled "NBPD-Speed Metal" on the front. Officer West slams shut the door-leaving only Raven and d**k free.

The rifle butt making complete contact with his already attacked shoulder, though his own did make contact, d**k had to drop to one knee. Seeing the police force approach, Mr. Grayson aims and launches a carrier line into the air knowing that the fire escape was three feet south of his current standings. “I suggest you try and follow!”

*Raven rolls backwards, morphing into Nightcrawler as she does, then leaps into the air and grabs d**k's ankle to hitch a ride.* I think I'll just let you do the work.

Officer West looks at Grayson and Darkholme escaping into the night, an unreadable expression on his face. His hand leaves the dial on his wrist.
"Later. Yes, later. But first..."
He turns to all of the people in the paddy wagon, and unlocks it.
"Consider this one a warning. And, for your own sakes, get inside. The next Speed Metal Officer you run into might not be so gracious."

Hearing lazer-fire from one of his partners, Officer West slaps a hand to his forehead.
"Damn it...d**k's gonna get himself killed one of these nights. I told him that not all the cops like his methods..."
Seeing the police following after Darkholme and Grayson, Wally has no choice but to follow, his Speed Metal automoton in tow.

“Beautiful, but not very bright when it comes to researching your opponent.” Smirking as he glanced down, d**k lowered his arm that wasn’t raising himself into the air. Clicking this wrist, knockout capsules explode and lower to reach the face of Raven. The sound of bullets echo through the air, one clipping his calf, though the Kevlar armor that composed his entire suit dulled the impact and initial injury.

*Closes off her throat and nose long enough for the gas to dissapate and morphs spikes into the palm of the hand gripping his leg. A beam hits her tail and she grimaces.* scream

Clenching his teeth as the spikes imbed themselves into his leg, it was an injury he didn’t need in this fight. The line towing the two reaching the destination, d**k did a quick jerk of his hips to cause a swing to begin. In doing so, the attempt to have his assailant release her grip was made. Letting a Wingding come into his palm, the blade was used to make a slash at the spiked arm.

*Raven retracts the spikes, flinging her over d**k so that she could swat the blade away with her injured tail and land in a heap on the roof of the building his line was attached to.*

Following the same motion, d**k launched himself toward the crouched opponent. Both feet flung in her direction, a drop kick was attempted as an attack. His line retracting into his wrist, it was one of the many materials that could be found on his person. Though, it his surprise, the roof began to collapse, without his body already touching the material, d**k pulled his legs quickly into a tuck formation to keep his body safe as he plummeted into the dark, dank lower floor of the building.

*Feeling the roof give way, Raven scrambled for purchase and fell through the gap, finally latching onto an exposed beam with her tail leaving her hanging upside down.*
