Nailah bit her lip and said softly "I don't know why...I just...missed it I think. It feels good to know someone desires you that much and especially when I have been drinking." She shook her head. "I had no idea he would take it as far as he did. Honestly Cymarron." She felt his own sadness and confusion and it mingled with her own. "He's not sure he's chosen me either Cymarron. He still wears his wedding band...may still be in love with his wife..." Nailah swallowed and said with a smile "I would rather no one hurt you Cymarron. But that's just not possible sometimes." She grabbed his hand and pulled him along to the manor eager to get everything fixed.


Tyler looked at Elias and nodded "Try real hard not to make her cry 'kay? I mean it. She doesn't deserve to cry no mo-...anymore." He corrected himself automatically and then sighed. "I know Relda but I don't know if there's anything you can do. Some stuff....I dunno..." he trailed off and thought about getting up and going to see if Mr. Cynammon or Mommy needed his help.

He let himself be dragged, and smiled lightly. at least he had not won her affection. he still didn't quite get it, but he chalked it up to humankind strangeness. She didn't want him hurt. he only stopped her a moment, to shake the dust out of his fur to try and make himself presentable, before going back into the manor with her.

Esmeralda grew almost angr with Tyler, "No Tyler, I help, I help, I am like mommy, I help I don't like to see people cry, I make bother happy, I make sure sister never cries. Like daddy told me, Mexica protect, I am Mexica I protect, I am angel I protect, I don't like to see you sad, you are bother, Ecara sister, we protect each other no matter what, we protect each other, you are strong,Tyler no need to be sad Tyler strong, he is Mexica like me, Mexica are warriors, we fight, and we never surrender. We are Mexica, we are Aztec." She said vehement about what she had said.

Elias could do nothing but sit there amazed at the passion from his daughter's voice, she was a true Meixca. And so wa Tyler, even though he was no Mexica born she was right he was Mexica, he was a warrior born.

She waited for him understanding his wish to mask his vulnerability. When he had finished she walked with him and headed straight for the kitchen. She walked in with Cymarron and sighed "Well I'm glad that's settled." She stood back to see what would happen next. She was a bit worried about Esmerelda and Tyler. They had seen their parents together and she had a feeling Esmerelda might be feeling a bit territorial and unwiling to share.


Tyler looked up and saw Mr. Cynammon with his mommy. He got up and walked over looking at Cymarron. "Are you better now Mr. Cynammon?" He played with his fingers and then laced htem behind his back. "I heard you roar..."

He smiled at tyler, and hefted him up holding him at eye level, and nuzzled him lightly.

"We made you a promise, didn't we. no different. and we keep our word."

he petted over the young boy.

"Yes, we are sure you did. but don't worry. Cymarron is fine now. besides, you think that is a roar, you should have heard some of our old pridemates. or the prideleader. once, Ward Tusk, roared so loud he got buried in an avalanche."

He let Tyler's concerns ease himself, focusing on him..before turning to Elias.

"We apologize for our outburst. And we'll still keep our word to you, as well."

He understood that Nailah hadn't chosen, and made sure that Elias knew he'd understood it as well..and offered his hand, though he had to mental kick his claws to stay sheathed.

"Forgive us?"

shin sighed. "I warned you Tellarien. he didn't give Mereli what he promised her either. " she said softly, michael and luc standing beside her. Michael dropped a motorcycle helmet to the ground, and luc tightened his grip on a sword at his waist. black shadows danced around shins left arm and hand, and whitght light around ehr right.she clapped her hands together, the shadow and the light converging and solidifying in her hands, creating a long sabre, a simple hand gaurd and pommle, the hilt wrapped in blood red leeather, the blade shimmering steel. they all had different methods of obtainin thire weapons, but the three had them, michaels an archangles sword, luc's an elvish banish blad, and Shin's, the most dangourus of them all, a demon sabre.

The red haired man, one with striking green eyes, chuckled. "You again?"

Michale, withdark brown hair, and angelic blue eyes shook his head. "I thought we took care of you already."

Shin grined twistedly. "Let the bath begin."

the dragon screeched, backflapping slightly, holding a shining blue orb in her hands. (for lack of better word, there three toed feet, with an opposeable thumb, and long talons.) chucking it at the Kuro leader, it blasted in to ice, hoping to mementarily stop him, as shin jumped, landing on the dragoness's tail, running up her back, and settling on her shoulders, Sabre in hand, and a twisted glint in her eyes. a deadly glimmer. no, the face of death itself.

luc growled, and michael yelped slightly, as wings burst from thire shoulders, michales archanle white, Luc's demon black. michale took to Lord Karus hand with the archangle sord, and luc too to the air as well, elven silver glinting in the light.

Tyler looked at Esmerelda for a moment in shock. She had said quite a bit. And she was very upset. He didn't understand why. He looked at Niah for help and said "Mommy...?"

Niah nodded to the boy. "It's okay sweetheart. She just got a bit...excited." She was still reeling from that last kiss and cursed the large Mexican. He really needed to stop provoking Cymarron. She had watched the two of them leave and said nothing.

Tyler nodded and wrapped his arms around Cymarron "I member. And Mr. Cynammon always keeps his promises, right?" He grinned at Niah and Cymarron and said "Mr. Lyus gots all mushy Mommy."

Niah laughed and poured herself another a glass of wine. She sipped at it thinking of the momentous events that had taken place that night. She smiled at Cymarron and said "We can do it wherever you like Cymarron. My room. Your den. The kitchen."
