AterAliquis Souyu no Phoenix I'm going to be seeing AC for the first time in a couple of weeks. I'd prefer not to go into AC myself (I just don't see as much story potential in it), but if you want to go BC or before, I actually made a pre-BC rp that's currently on hold (due to my deadness), some of the ideas of which, however, we might be able to use. However, I'd like to stay with the current plot for a while yet.
As to your deadness, I'd be happy to ream you if it'd make you feel better, but then I'd be a hypocrite, ^_^
...holy f*ck. Am I just tired or does Ater have breasts? eek If we do, they'd be damn fine ones cool *gropes aters brestesess* Yup, he has them. And there not bad. *gropes again*

Attention Turks!
I have come to finally realize that The Turks Guild has finally died. [Yes I know that I have a keen grasp of the obvious.] Working and then living on my own has begun to interfere with my life as a Turk, but things are subject to change. I am contradicting myself, I know.
I must say that most of my best rp's were here with you guys, some of who I did'nt get to actually rp with and that I will regret. I saw lots of people with talent and lots of people who deserved to get a booting but I became weak after all these years of you guys becoming my online friends.
Again I am sorry that this had to come to an end. Perhaps in the near future we will begin the reign of Turks again and defeat all who would oppose us and all would be traitors and poser wannabes!

Well. All things notwithstanding, maybe it's time to give the Turks Guild a chance to start over; it may be possible to attract more customers that way, as well.
What do others think about simply starting over from the beginning? And possibly with a more firmly A/U theme this time, as well.

-w-'' I've been away for some time. More than some time. I apologise; real life sincerely sucks. *Hypocrite given Wydda's frequent posting despite doubtless having a more hectic life. Thoroughly and appropriately ashamed of self.*
Aside from RL, I've also been doing some other roleplaying and the newfound awareness (so to speak) has left me with a vague realisation that my character in here sucked. Bad. And that I've been trolling the boards.
I like Souyu's idea about starting over, though I doubt I'd be able to post as much, if at all. More firmly AU sounds good, though the Guild might not be the same - there are lots of senior Turks, and probably me too (despite not really being a senior Turk), who were here and can't stay for a new one. *Might drop in to say hello and wish luck once in a while though. Not that that'd be much good.*

And does starting over means getting a new guild leader -since it is 2006- or just...starting over?

Haha, A/U just means alternate universe. Sorry for the confusion.
I think that Wydda said that part of the reason for this move is the fact that he doesn't have the time any longer. So we'd need a new Guild leader if we're going to start over, or even just move on. Anybody want to volunteer? Ater's been here for a while, right?
But we'd need to get some real advertisement going if we want to revive the guild: a lot of the old members have died off completely now. Getting some of them back, if possible, might also be a worthy goal. We'll need signature banners, and possibly a recruiting thread down in Barton OOC or the GAIA Guilds forums.

The GAIA Guilds Forum sounds good. Signature Banners are also good, though, it doesn't work sometimes. And thanks for telling me that A/U means Alternate Universe -needs to get around more often- sweatdrop
