Thaddeus Likely the mask that Banshi found doesn't have any physical effects at all. Since she has no physical form, her appearance is based on an ego projection. That is, she looks the way that she believes she looks. So it seems that the mask makes you believe that you are, or at least look like, a tentacle beast. Why anybody would make something like that... and put it in a lake, I couldn't tell you. Yet. ninja Could you tell me why Banshi would want to believe that she looks like a tentacle beast?

She probably hadn't put much thought into using the tentacles for anything but grabbing on to you, so she is clearly no true tentacle monster.

Point of order: as she is already a Banshi and opperating under our graces, do we not slay her, as she's pretty much still a Banshi even if she now takes her form as a tentacle, or has she crossed a line?

Toothpaste and baking soda would probably get it out- that stuff breaks down the goo and give me- I mean my collection of tentacle monster hides a wierd rash and generally leaves them dried out with a few cracks and such. Minor stuff, like a rash, certainly nothing that would render a live slimy type tentacle monster immobile.

I agree, toothpaste and baking soda helps with tentacle goo a lot. My mother always used to tell me that when I was younger. But believe it or not, I was puttering around the living room the other day and I found something that works even better:
