Well, I found this mask in a chest in the lake out back. I put it on and now I look like this.....neat huh?

Haru Mania Hmm, I always associated hockey masks with psycho killers, not tentacle beasties. Is it permanent? It doesn't seem so. If I take off the mask the tentacles go away. VictoriaErin Banshi! Shokushu Only a 9? Looks like I just lose most of my limbs but remain alive but unconscious and dieing of blood loss- I thought you'd do a more thorough job than that... This is hardly the swift deaht I was expecting... oh wait, I remember something about tentacle monsters having to starve to death. You'd probably pin me to the ground or something, I could probably play cards with you while I wait to expire~ Dude, the die rolling is just a compulsion I have. I do it every time I post. It has no bearing on my ability to kill things. Unless I'm using Dice Magic. Or using a d20. Nor do I always kill things swiftly. Besides, you're apparently not a tentacle monster anymore, so whatever. You do still have a tentacle coming out of your back. I should see if Jared has an open slot on his dissection schedule. ninja

Likely the mask that Banshi found doesn't have any physical effects at all. Since she has no physical form, her appearance is based on an ego projection. That is, she looks the way that she believes she looks. So it seems that the mask makes you believe that you are, or at least look like, a tentacle beast. Why anybody would make something like that... and put it in a lake, I couldn't tell you. Yet. ninja
