*josh hadnt expected on the woman being blind, either she had always been like that and josh hadnt noticed it on the night they met, or somethin tragic had happened during the last few days. in the moon light her pale skin shone, and josh could see she was an attractive young woman, the night they had met seemed to have past him and he had not fully taken her appearance in then because of her attack.
he moved closer to the woman to take her hand so that she didnt fall, he grasped her and held her steady*
"it is me.. the low life elf that would beg for his life rather than die"
*he gave a shaky half hearted laugh*

She instantly remembered the young elf she had encountered a few nights before, who had kindly offered to share his supper. She allowed him to help her out of the trees and onto the dirt path. A warm smile lit her pale face as she gazed at where she thought his eyes might be.
" Hello Josh..Im sorry if I gave you a scare."

She had been waiting in the tree, wondering when to go down or even if she should. She wondered if she should wait to feed and go out with Lin, to lesser her chances of danger. By now, her palms were sweaty and so was her brow and she knew she needed to feed. Creeping out to the end of the branch she leaped off and landed gracefully behind the man and she automatically recognized Ranae from the night before. However, now she was the undead and could just imagine their reaction to a vampire. Her cloak still covered her face and the only visible thing was she pale hands and the bottom of her kimono and her black boots. She stood behind the man, still, and didnt bite him.

She willingly sat, smiling faintly at the mans kindness. She was still absent mindedly gripping his hand, though she didnt notice. Her other hand was busy tucking flyaway locks of her unbraided raven hair behind her ears.
" I am heading to the next town over for a much needed rest in an inn. I hear this particular inn is famed for its hot baths, delicious food, and good service. And what is a young elf souch as yourself doing out here in the wilderness?"

*he smiled again* "me and my traveling companions have heard of a movement of orcs to the north, we came here to investigate..."
*he heard something land behind him, and felt a deathly breath on his neck, he turned dagger in hand and saw the undead lady staring at him, he didnt kno whether to scream, run or lunge he was in complete shock*

She pulled back the hood of her cloak to reveal her red hair, which tumbled from the hood over her shoulder, falling near her elbows still tied back with a black ribbon. Her brilliant gold eyes flashed and her pale skin seemed clammy on first view. She crossed her arms in front of her chest and she narrowed her eyes at the dagger. "I wouldnt..."

Ranae had heard Rin in the treetops. She had smelled her sweat. She was not concerned as Rin landed behind Josh, and rested a calming hand on his shoulder, getting to her feet and holding out her hand for Rin to take, for she did not know how she was feeling.
"Rin are you feeling any better? You seem different.." She said uncertainly, her hand still outstretched.

*he felt the hand of ranae, but was stil wary of the lady, especially her voice, it seemed, renae new her so he sheathed his dagger and backed away a little*

She didnt take Ranae's hand because she would be able to tell that she was dead, her touch was now almost cold and her claw like fingernails would give it away. She looked at the man's dagger and then back to him menacingly, she didnt like to be judged. Turning back to Ranae, she smiled even though she knew she couldn't see her. "Much better thank you....as for being different...lets just say that I was practically dead anyways, so why not let death take over..." She hissed at the man's actions, she could tell he was frightened and he figured she was a threat. "Sir you're lucky I dont feed off of you right now...by your actions I gladly would...I'm offended...."

Her hand still outstretched for Rin to take ahold of, for Ranae could not see the change in her, only sense it slightly, she flashed Josh a reassuring smile and then turned to look at where she thought Rin's eyes to be.
" Rin?.."

*the man was taken aback by the vampiress' actions, he looked to renae then back to the the woman* " i didnt kno the dead had feelings" it was a witty remark by all means, but he felt sad saying and remorse filled his conciounce*

She did not pull her hand back, instead kept it outstretched. She frowned slightly at Rin;s words, understanding what she ment but still wanting her to take her hand so she could be sure.
" Rin..he does not mean you harm.." she turned her hand palm down, feeling around in the air for her hand. " please.."

She felt uncomfortable trying to be the peacemaker between these two, and she shifted her weight from foot to foot, uncertain of what was going to happen.

She was about to take Ranae's hand, but the man's comment angered her and she drew one of her daggers and in blinding speed she was in front of him with her dagger pressed against his throat. "I'd watch yourself, for I only just died today and yes the damn dead have feelings, because I would be extremely upset with you right now if I didnt, and I wouldnt care about my other friends who dont judge me because of what I am....so watch it...because my friend who changed me would gladly allow me to spill your blood either that or he would do it himself...dont test me..."
