Just as Genju was about to turn and leave, Dawn stepped forward a few paces behind him. "Genju..." She smiled somewhat nervously, before rushing forward to wrap her arms around him in a sisterly hug. "If you or your people ever need a place to stay or are in need of a sanctuary, you know where we are located." She stepped back and smiled warmly at him and bowing. "Don't be a stranger."

Alex brushed the stray hairs from Sage's face, she had just finished wth the officers. He had fallen asleep on the bench outside the office, it was no real suprise really. There was so much to got through, there was of course the little bit of a snag as since she has no living relatives and she is under age they where going to put her in foster care. It was then that Sage's mother spoke up, she was a true negotiator, she was able to ease the officer into agreeing that she could stay with them and be under her families care. The paper work for that would be sent through the mail as well as a few other of the finacial and legal matters dealing with her parent's death. All of which Sage's mother helped her to deal with easily and when something seemed a bit rushed she said she would rather have it sent to the house. She felt rather numb and drained by the whole ordeal as if she wasn't really there, but watching someone else. She came out of her thoughts when a warm hand covered hers in a tender squeeze.

"How did it go?"

"About as well as can be expected, most of the paperwork will be sent to your house. Your mother has cleared it with the system and I'll be staying with you." As the last words left her mouth Sage was already standing and wrapping his arms around her, over her shoulder he could see his mother. She was waiting for them as she had a thick mamila folder in hand. With a chase kiss on the temple he wrapped and arm around Alex's waist and guided her towards his mom and they all left the station.

"Well I suggest we get something to eat, I can make something at home or we can go out."

((*nods head*))

Aslynn chuckled as she picked up her phone, "Saved by the bell..." she muttered before flipping the phone open. "Hello?" The boy playing bar tender chuckled at her mutter as she stepped out into the hallway.

So, now what? Back home or do we wander the town. I'm in the mood for some fun, what about you guys?

That works. Where are you right now?

Alex seemed unsure of it, half feeling like a burden. Before her mind could wonder any farther she felt and arm wrap around her waist. Looking up she meet with Sage's eyes and started to feel slightly better returning the look with a soft smile she replied. "Going out would be fine."

Deidra glanced back at her sister and Bane, noticing the two had gone quiet after the had left the restaurant. "I think we could go our separate ways for a bit." She made a slight gesture in their direction and smiled knowingly. She wrapped an arm around his and hugged him affectiontaely. "So...what sort of fun did you have in mind?"
