Ohhhh, A CAH sparring tournament, to get everyone active again in the CAH, the idea of a tournament sounds hella awesome mrgreen

Elana, it could work, but I'm thinking uneven powers here. Almost everyone got awesome powers and are almighty and stuff (no offensy, anyone), but some don't, so making a very powerful fighter go up agains a not so powerful fighter, what chanse does the not so powerful have?
Or am I just spoiling the fun for everyone now?

It's a good idea, I think. But maybe we need to plan a little more, and then when we are ready, we make the new thread. But that is what I think.

.....we could use the system that they used for the world tournament in DBZ (I know it's a bit corny sounding to most of us but it's a good, random way to sort the fighters out)

I've never read/seen DBZ (dun like it actually) So I wouldn't know the system. You wanna try to explain it to me?

Marth stood near the arena, waiting for Nari to show up, the same grin on his face could be seen, as was the cold glare from his black eyes.

*Nari ran as fast as she could. She had a tingeling feeling in her chest that Marth had taken up on her offer she made before. But why now? And without any warning? And what was that transformation? The questions rushed through her mind as she approached the arena. And sure enough, there he was, waiting for her with his cold eyes locked on her, and a grim smirk on his face.
She stopped and looked at him*
"I see you took my offer...." She said, unsecure. "But why the transformation?"

*Nari swallowed hard as she slowly followed him*
"I thought you were a half demon....?" She saaid.
*Suddenly fear struck her heart, and she wondered what she had gotten herself into. If Marth was a full fleged demon now.... what chanses of succes - or even survival - did she have? But she had made the offer, now she had to play the game*

He nodded and faced her, tilting his head a bit. "I am, this is my demon side" He grinned again, popping his next a bit as he got into a little stance, his black eyes fixing on the young woman.

*Nari felt a little better as he smiled at her. It was the Marth she knew that was shining through. But still.... she was afraid. But if there was something Ai had taught her, it was to never show your fear. never let the enemy know you were afraid. So she nodded*
"I see.... So, where will the sparring take place? Do you wish to choose?"

"Right here is fine" He chuckled, shifting a little to try to loosen up a bit, a few bones cracking. "Its been a while so I may be a little rusty" He watched her, his eyes looking her over slowly, from top to bottom, wondering how her fighting stance was.
