o.o That's awful. I would have lost it, likely. D: Or gone to an authority if I got a bad grade and complained. I was a nerd in school xD
And then... in grade 9 I had an assignment where we had to pretend like we were applying for a job and I was applying at a made up Sea World-esque type place and in the mock interview I asked "so what kind of animals will I be working with?" Afterwards my teacher says "if you graduated from a special university with a degree in Marine Biology (as I fabricated to be credentials) that I would say "fish" rather than "animals." To which I replied "whales and dolfins aren't fish, they're mammals" so she said "then you would say mammals." And I said "but there are fish too, like sharks and such"
And then she got mad at me for "talking back" and I got points taken off my grade for not using "fish" or "mammals" D:
