You can get it when you're 15 and a half.
You can drive with it but you have to have an adult with you.

Is it just me,or people hardly bother to go to the other threads in the art and Literature subforum?
The interest and hobbies subforum too.Looks like nobody has any fave anime/manga nor characters.

I'm currently looking into those problems.
I'm discussing with fellow Captains/VC's in the GGN Moderator's Guild about the issue.
Hopefully some of the more succesful guilds will give some advice on the topic.
