OMG Fsk you're now officially a REAL old fart!! XD that's so funny! Your Granny rocks!!
My husband's Grandma is pretty insane. She can't remember how many great grand children she has, and she sent Christmas presents for her Australian great-grandchildren to her daughter in New Zealand... old people are funny!! XD

It would be nice if later on when I am old if I could be the kind who doesn't even look it. They are still in great shape and everything. I doubt that will happen, so in that case I hope I don't forget things when I'm older. I don't mean just small things either.

Indeed. I don't want to be the type when someone visits I don't even remember them even if I've known them for ages.
That happened with my Papa next door with his mom. We use to go and see her at the place she was at and she couldn't even remember her own son. She would after awhile but then when we would leave and come again the next day she would already have forgotten. It's not like it's her fault of course but I jsut hope I don't get like that.

Yes it is Alzheimer's "Old Timers" XD, but some cases are worse then others.

It is really sad. My Grandad's getting a bit like that, he's REALLY sick at the moment, he has Parkinsons and the early stages of Alzheimer's, though he still remembers us at the moment, he commonly forgets where he is or that he's living in a rest home and his wife's in a villa. It's really sad to see him deteriorating like that - he was always such a clever man.

Sorry to hear that My T. It happens though and it's sad when it does. I can't imagine how they must feel. Like I said though, I hope I never get like that. Everyone is different though, so grow old with no problems and pass away peacefully.
