Derra shot up now mad at what toshi just said."Hey listen up a** hole. first of all i didn't intend to kiss them three . they did it to me. Not me to them. Kawaii did it to me out of surprise in the middle of a fight and Madoka did it to convince me. And it wasn't a day, it was 4 days and i ave perfect control of my power so stop talking s**t toshi." He yelled at toshi as he laid back down on the bed. He looked at anik and sighed." OK then I'll see you later then."

"You have control on your powers runt? Let's test them then!" Toshi stood and winced in pain.
Now that he was out of the shadow and in the light of a nearby lamp it was clear to see the shining scars on his face that Anik couldn't get rid of and the fact that his monk's robes were torn and bloody.
"NO! You're not healed, he's not healed. Sit the ******** back down!" Anik yelled.
He rarely got mad, usually he got screechy and high pitched, but he never yelled. It caused Toshi to sit down and assume an emo manor.

"I ain't dealing with his little s**t now anik. I'm trying to sleep and he's trying to be an a**." Derra said as He's eyes closed. He just waned to take some rest. The worst part is that if anik and toshi left there was a chance that kawaii would attack him again in his sleep. though from what he could see, he'd prefer that then to deal with toshi's constant fuss.

Anik sighed, "Don't egg him on Derra. You're smartass isn't any help in anything. And Toshi. Knock. The. ********. Off!"
Anik was past frustrated. Energy crackled around him in such a furosity that Toshi was staring at him wide eyed, all disposition gone.
"Maybe I should just go then..." Toshi attempted wanting to get out of this place as quick as possible.
"No! You're staying here until Raven gets back. Then she can deal with you and I can go get sleep," Anik said shortly.

Derra just gave a sigh to all the commotion that was happening he opened his eyes and looked at anik. "I'd actully perfre if you guys left the dorm please. I can't get any rest what so ever with the constant noise." He turned on the bed so that his back was facing up and his head was looking to the side where anik and toshi were.

Jackie slumped against a wall, panting, his breath ragged as traces of Darkness that had started swirling around him burned away. "What's wrong with me is none of your concern... You got that? You're better off just staying as far away from me as you can... Got that?" He said quietly. He looked at the condition of his hands and frown. They had worsened, more inscriptions made into the flesh, making it look as though his arms and hands were made from live coals.
Jackie... You disappoint me... Embrace The Darkness and The Darkness will destroy your weaknesses... It will make you stronger... That same, dark, twisted voice that sound like a thousand sadists, whispered lightly. Jackie could almost feel the smile that The Darkness would be giving.
"Please, just leave me alone... If you stay near me, you'll just get killed." Jackie said to the girl who kept following him. "I honestly don't wanna see that... Now just please leave me alone..." He said wearilly. He knew what The Darkness planned to do next time it took control. It planned to hunt her down and kill her, making Jackie watch as it disposed of her in whatever gruesome way it could imagine.

Sayuri watched him for a moment, having stopped her worried advance towards him. She let his words sink in fully before speaking, trying to make sense of what was going on. She hadn't dealt with others who had powers and things before. She wasn't used to this and she had no idea what was going on. But she knew that he was shaken up, about something, so she certainly wouldn't forgive herself if she just left, even if he had said please.
"I can't do that," she replied simply. "Not while..." She waved a hand at him, not sure how to describe what she didn't understand. "..whatever's going on is going on!" She set her bag down beside her and took a couple more steps towards him, not deferred by the mention of her death. "Tch, I'm not gonna let myself be killed. I just got here and I haven't seen anything yet!" She sounded completely confident in herself, neglecting the fact she wasn't in full control of her powers. She knew enough to defend herself and attack though.
"So," she continued, a little more softly. "Are you alright? Please tell me what's wrong."

"DAMMIT JUST LISTEN TO ME YOU DUMB b***h!" Jackie shouted angrilly. It pained him to be so rude, especially to such a nice girl, but it had to be done. "Just stay the ******** away from me... Get the hell away now..." He said, his voice shaky. Unfortunately for both of them, he felt his will break and just gave up. "Listen... Fine... If you're so intent on being so damn close to me... I'll tell you..." He said quietly.
"You see... It all started in World War One with my great great grandfather, Anthony Estacado... He didn't tell me much, but that's where it started... On my twenty-first birthday, I was plagued by these freaky voices... Then the next thing I know, I'm told that I am a puppet of The Darkness..." He said quietly, pausing. "I'd rather not go into more details... But let's just say I'm pretty close to losing my mind and body to the damned thing..." He said quietly.

Sayuri jolted again, her eyes widening in alarm, but her fists clenching in irritation. She stood where she was, eyes suddenly narrowing. She understood that he wanted her to leave and she was refusing, but... But he didn't need to shout like that! And she definitely would've started yelling back at him if he hadn't lost his resolve and decided to explain. She bit back the urge to mutter something foul under her breath, and instead just kept it in her head as she listened.
She relaxed her hands and expression as she watched him, taking it in. Puppet of the Darkness...? So that's why he keeps saying I'll be killed, I guess... Now she clearly understood, or thought she did, why he didn't want her around. But even so... "Then..." she began quietly, momentarily dropping her gaze to the floor. A short pause and she suddenly lifted her head, looking determined. "Then I'll help you not lose to it!" she nearly shouted in her enthusiasm. "Just tell me what to do and I'll do it!"

Jackie sat there quietly. "Then leave me alone..." Were his simple words to her. "If you stay near me, you'll end up dead... And besides... No one can really help me out with this thing... It's kinda personal..." He told her, taking a deep breath. "Now that you know, you should just leave me alone... I want you to stay away but it's obvious you won't leave me alone..." He stood, having regained his composure, and walked off to try and find whatever person was in charge of assigning dorms.

Sayuri quieted for a moment, knowing she probably should have expected the response he gave. It still disappointed her. So what if she couldn't do anything? They wouldn't really know for sure unless he let her try. And like she'd said, she refused to let him kill her. She still had too much left to see! But she stayed silent, letting him finish. In the end, he admitted he knew what she'd say and do, and he was absolutely right. She didn't really know him, at all, but she was now effectively worried about this man, and she truly did want to help him. "You're right," she nodded. "I won't leave you alone." And with a smile upon her face, she retrieved her bag from its spot by the doors, then followed him yet again, this time to the counter. She needed to get a room too, after all.

ANik sighed, "We can't do that. I have to make sure Toshi stays here and you'll need someone to make sure Kawaii doesn't come after when you're asleep."
He moved to the window and opened it up. He started to make a pulling motion with his hands as if pulling a rope.
Soon a barrier of air was between the beds and the rest of the room. It would cause Derra to sleep in silence because noise couldn't be reached through it, but Anik could drop the shield easily if there was trouble inside it.

"Alright then... Let's just find a dorm or something... You wanna share a dorm since I doubt you'll leave me alone?" Jackie asked as he walked up to the desk and saw a young woman typing hurriedly on a computer. "Yeah... Jackie Estacado, looking for a dorm... Either co-ed or one person... Whatever girly here chooses..." He said, motioning his head towards the girl who wouldn't leave him alone. He placed his I.D. on the desk and sat in a nearby chair. "It's all in your hands now girl..." He said simply, feeling a massive urge to grab a cigarette. Had been years since he'd smoked.

Sayuri looked up at him, slightly confused. Share a room? She'd thought he'd get one on his own to try and avoid her. She had to say, she was rather happy that wasn't the case. She followed him over to the counter, peering up at him happily and then to the woman behind the desk. "Just one room then!" she nodded. "Co-ed! I'm Sayuri Satsuki." She turned and frowned up at Jackie. "Sa-yu-ri," she said clearly. "Or just Sayu. Not "girl"." She pulled out her own ID card and set it on the desk next to his, then began swaying impatiently in place while the woman went about registering a room for them. A moment later, she walked over to Jackie and held out both a key and his card, her expression almost smug. "All done," she announced simply.

"But...."Derra decided it was best not to argue with anik. He wouldn't win in the argument to begin with. Instead Derra just turned on his side and tried sleeping. Derra noticed the shield and found peace peace at last. Soon after he fell asleep for an hour. When he awoke Derras eyes first went towards the window. Now that it was dark out and Derra had finally healed from most of his wounds he decided to go to the rooftop for a bit.
He looked over at anik and with his thumb he pointed up trying to tell him that he was going to the rooftop. Also he made a small dark note that appeared in front of anik saying' I'm gonna be on the rooftop for a bit so please don't bother me.' that was what was imprinted on the note. Once that was done Derra entered a shadow and left for the rooftop.
