Moskau, Spiel Mit Mir, Mein Teil, Zestoren, Benzin, Mann Gegen Mann, Wo Bist Du, Ein Lied, Nebel, Feuer Frei!, Engel, Klavier, Seemann, Du Riechst So Gut, Hallelujah, Wilder Wein, Schwarzes Glas.
(Those are currently the best for me, although I like all their bloody stuff, so much I'd die without it.)
Oh, and Sonne feels very special for me, It was the first Rammstein song I listened to, and successfully introduced me to all the rest of thier stuff. I get tingles whenever I listen to it!

truth be told i don't have the time to translate every song i hear by them, so i base my favorite rammstein songs on how they sound, not necessarily the lyrics.
i really love Sonne. it was the first song i heard by them and will always be up there on my list.
i love Keine Lust, Tier, and Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da.
lyrically i appreciate Spieluhr and Stirb Nicht vor Mir.
