"So I'm guessing you probably like that stuff huh?" He smirked and layed down on his paws. "Play? Er... I don't play." He stated with a condescending tone. He quirked an eyebrow at her and then shot straight up as an idea hit him. "We could practice fighting though!!"

Rackna nodded, rolling his eyes and smiling.
"Alriiiiight... I'll listen to her..."
He droned playfully, nudging her sister with his paw. She, smiling, nudged him back. Nudge, nudge, back and fourth it went, until they began wrestling with one another, rolling around on the hot sand. Solio, looking up, realized that Taifa had gone to lay down. Rackna began to walk in her direction.
"No Rackna! She's tried, let her get some sleep."
He looked over to her.
"Okay."
And with one final glance in the lavender lionesses direction, the pounced ontop of her, and they began to wrestle again, rows of small white teeth bared in fake snarls.

Taifa's every exhalation went accompanied by a purr. She wasn't asleep, and she wasn't really tired, but she needed to rest her eyes from the violent reflection of the sun on the sand, and give her overheated muscles some time to cool off.
She wasn't really sure how she had ended up in the desert. She felt her memory had some really serious blanks everywhere, as she couldn't remember the events that had led her to this place. Maybe she had passed out because of the sun beating down on her, on the way here...
Restless already, as she always got when she began thinking too much, she lifted her head again and sighed, staring blankly at the thin line where the cerulean sky touched heated, golden sand.

"Sol, I'm thirsty. Are you?"
Rackna's voice mewed.
"Yup."
She responded, nodding.
"Come on then!"
Rackna whined, running back toward the oasis. Solio followed, but at a slightly slower pace, for she was thinking. Daydreaming really. She began to straggle more, until she came to a complete stop, standing in the hot sand, thinking. Rackna slowed, noticing his sister wasn't with him, and turned around. She stood out like a sore thumb with her blue fur against the sand, but when the bright blue sky came in contact, she seemed to disappear...

She knew she wasn't going to be able to rest now, with these thoughts whirling around her mind.
Her consciousness was on the material world again.
She looked around for a Solio and Rackna, but they had dissappeared. For a moment, she wondered where they had gone, and her eyes imediately traveled to the kill that had happened not long ago. They weren't near it.
Taifa couldn't figure why she worried about those two so much, and laughed quietly at herself. Figuring they were off playing not very far, she returned to her thoughts.

((This reminds me of Lion King 2...<33 *luffs it*))Kichea accepted the game, and crouched low, her claws digging into the earth, and her teeth barred in a playful manner. She pounced at him...

Rackna did a double-take when he saw Solio disappearing into the sky. Startled and, well, slightly disturbed, he called out to her.
"Come on Solio! Let's go into the oasis and get a drink!"
He trotted back over to her, releaved to see that she began to take shape again. Solio snapped out of her daydream, and looked up toward Rackna.
"Oh, sorry. I'm coming!"
She trotted toward him.

((haha - yeah I guess it kind of does xD ))
Sebastian readied himself for her pounce and then sprang aside at the last minute. In a manner of seconds he had whipped around again and landed square on Kichea's back. "Ha!" He yelled triumphantly as he sat on top of her. "You definintly need to get some more practice!!" He said sarcastically as he hopped off of her and landed in a patch of grass.

Kichea grinned, and tackled him, rolling over in the grass. "What were you saying?" She asked as she held him down with her front paws on his chest, pinning him.

Sebastian rolled his eyes and squirmed out from underneath her. Doing a half somersault in mid air he landed on a high boulder and stared down at her and stuck out his tongue. "I was saying you are pretty good but still need practice." He grinned down at her. "The only reason you are better right now is because your bigger than me, just wait until I grow up, NOBODY will be able to beat me." His eyes grew dark for just a second as he thought back to his first fight with the hyena. He shook it off and then returned to his normal smirking self, hoping she hadn't noticed.

Kichea took his phrase as a challenge. "Nobody but me, that is." She said, making a silent promise to herself that she would. She grinned, and pounced at him again.

He grinned and met her mid pounce. Crashing to the grassy ground, her rolled over and leapt clear.

"Heh. You are pretty good..." She said sitting up with a smile on her face. She tilted her head to the side, curious as to why... "Why do you want to be so strong?"

Hesitating for just a few seconds, he shrugged as if it was no big deal. "Well, who doesn't want to be as strong as they can be?"

She was perturbed.
Every where Elli looked there were cubs prowling and pouncing (even Rackna and Solio could dissappear!), but they could blend well with the surroundings. Herein lay her problem. Elli glanced into a pool of water as she passed it, catching sight of her soft green coat with its slightly darker shadings and lighter markings.
'How odd am I?' She thought to herself, glancing at the grasses around her, their colors either a golden or a deep green, against both of which she stuck out horribly. 'Drat...'
She shook her head and began prowling through the tall green grass, slinking through the area without disturbing her surroundings in the slightest.
Elli had watched the swirl of movement that marked where each cub was as it tried to sneak up on another, and she had learned how to avoid such a thing quickly. What Elli lacked in camouflage she made up for in stealth... She smiled to herself as she caught sight of black hindquarters, and gave a bat at Kichea's tail, startling the older Lioness.
'HAHA!' She crowed, leaping out of the grass into the open. 'Oh the cleverness of me!'
